## Celigo Reviews
 ### 1. Celigo is the Swiss Army Knife and premier go-to integration tool bar none.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert W. | Director of IT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo I0 is an exceptional integration platform that offers unrivaled functionality, multiple endpoints, built-in connectors, ease of use (even for users with limited technical expertise), process automation, an excellent Ul, and continuous platform improvements. It has allowed us to seamlessly connect and integrate various applications and systems, streamlining our operations and boosting efficiency.

Using Celigo, we can connect multiple applications or systems and manage their integrations from a single centralized platform. This flexibility is invaluable to us and will be for businesses that rely on several applications, as it streamlines workflows, reduces complexity, and ensures data consistency across the entire organization.

The clean and modern Ul makes navigating through the platform a breeze, while the logical organization of features and settings ensures a seamless user experience. Whether you are monitoring integration flows, managing connections, or setting up custom workflows, Celigo I0's UI keeps everything clearly organized and easily accessible.

With our previous platform, we often said "no" to new business because of the cost and extended development timelines for new EDI partners. Celigo has allowed us to say "yes" nearly every time and spin up new partners in a fraction of the time it had previously taken.

We had the need for a unique API integration that needed to be created from the ground up, given the systems being connected and the data being passed, making this API connection highly problematic. Celigo provided expedited developer support and worked tirelessly to deliver a working solution, which they did, allowing a new business channel to quickly become one of our fastest-growing segments.

We have also started using Celigo's B2B Manager and have been able to add integration partners more quickly and with a higher degree of control and quality.

Given its expanded and impressive feature set and a perpetual commitment to innovation and improvement, I highly recommend Celigo I0.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The cost increase from our initial contract to our renewal was considerably higher than anticipated. Still, given the value we receive back, the increase was a small price to pay for what Celigo affords us to be able to do and accomplish.

Also, the Celigo Ora AI has been a great addition to the dashboard tools but it isn't agentic yet and that would help in resolving some issues.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While not a problem per se, Celigo is allowing us to participate, compete and grow our business in business channels and segments that we were prohibited from previously due to system inability, incompatibility and high development and maintenance costs.

 ### 2. A Powerful and User-Friendly Integration Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davide C. | Devops Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo stands out for its user-friendly, drag-and-drop interface that makes building integrations straightforward. With an extensive collection of pre-built connectors, it's easy to link up a wide range of business applications. The platform also excels at error handling, giving users detailed logs and alerts that make troubleshooting integration problems fast and efficient. I rely on it daily to keep an eye on our integrations, and the experience is consistently smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The cost can feel high for smaller businesses. Also, since the UI refresh, the interface updates less frequently than it used to, and depending on which view you're in, error details can appear inconsistent or unclear for a few seconds before settling.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We successfully connected our HR portal, Oracle NetSuite, and Jira to create a unified platform that handles timesheets, project management, customer billing, and payroll all in one place.

 ### 3. Powerful tools for Integrating with NetSuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fraser M. | Web Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The Celigo integrator application works well for syncing data between NetSuite and Shopify. We have real time data flows that export our product and inventory information, and sync back customers and orders. The app is updated around changes made to Shopify as their platform grows and evolves.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Some areas of the app are quite complex and it would be good to have better visibility on the data that is being transferred. This is a limitation specifically of the pre-built IAs.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We require a constant syncronisation of data between our web platform and NetSuite ERP, which is achieved using Celigo's connector.

 ### 4. Effortless Data Integration with Celigo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ronald w. | E-commerce coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like Celigo's ease of use. It allows me to handle data manipulation inside a single platform without the need for numerous traditional methods. The initial setup was quick, taking only about a week or two, and Celigo has become one of the programs we use daily.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

nothing it does what we need it to do

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Celigo to reformat data from NetSuite into a format that works with React. It solves data manipulation issues, allowing us to manage it within a single platform, which is super handy.

 ### 5. Best iPaaS we’ve used for ERP and SaaS automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nuri Vladimir E. | Chief Technology Officer & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is one of the most powerful and flexible iPaaS platforms we’ve worked with. The combination of prebuilt connectors, highly configurable integration flows, strong error handling, and real-time monitoring makes it ideal for complex B2B automation. It scales well from simple syncs to enterprise-grade integrations, and the platform gives both technical teams and business users good visibility into what’s happening.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Some advanced use cases require a deeper technical understanding, especially when building custom flows, handling edge cases, or working with complex APIs. The UI can feel overwhelming for new users, and debugging large integrations could be improved with more developer-style tooling. Pricing can also be a consideration for smaller organizations compared to lightweight automation tools.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo enables us, as an implementation partner, to deliver reliable and scalable integrations for our clients across ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and other SaaS platforms. Instead of building and maintaining fully custom integrations from scratch, we can focus on architecture, business logic, and optimization. This allows us to deploy faster, reduce risk, and provide long-term support with strong monitoring and error management. It helps our clients automate complex processes while giving us a structured, enterprise-grade platform to build on.

 ### 6. Good Product that we look to build a long term relationship with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | SVP, Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The product set and breadth of prebuilt integrations are great. There are lots of hooks into common business applications that are well thought out in terms of how users are using these systems and what integrations would be meaningful. Where a hook doesn't exist, there are general connectors that can be used to connect to an API or database backend providing enormous flexibility. We use it to integrate Salesforce and Netsuite but are evaluating connection to ADP, ActiveCollab, AWS and a few other platforms we use internally.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Due to the leveraging of a 3rd party implementation service engaged by Celigo, we lost over six months of our initial one-year subscription due to delays and downtime. When it came to our renewal, we were initially told an extension couldn't be accommodated and since the licensing plan we purchased had been retired, we were looking at a very steep increase in pricing. Fortunately, after a few rounds of discussions and escalations, the Celigo team came back to the table with a very reasonable proposal. Selecting the right implementation service provider is extremely important to not only the finished product but the value received from your subscription. In the end, Celigo made it right and this is the type of business partner we value in the long term.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps to bridge the gap between our sales process in Salesforce and billing process in Netsuite. As opportunities close in Salesforce, Celigo pushes the data to Netsuite to create a sales order that can be billed to the customer and syncs back data from the renewal contract to the contract record in Salesforce. Going on four years in, the product is still very stable and we've slowly expanded usage into our Salesforce/Netsuite integration needs beyond the original project.

 ### 7. Celigo Integration Benefits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thaya S. | System and Reporting Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

User-Friendly & Low-Code: This platform offers a streamlined experience with minimal coding required, along with a substantial collection of pre-built connectors.

Integration for Businesses: Our mid-sized company was able to integrate systems easily and automate workflows without much effort.

Robust Error Management: I’ve found the error handling to be reliable and effective when issues come up.

Centralized Integration: It’s helpful to have a single platform that covers all of our integration needs in one place.

Celigo Customer Support service: The support team is helpful and understands the urgency of an issue, so they act accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Error handling and debugging can be challenging. The costs for enhancements may be expensive, and the pricing or scope is not always clear. Implementing complex, non-standard workflows is also difficult. I would prefer online classes whenever there are updates, new releases, or AI-related services added to the system.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo eliminates redundant data entry by seamlessly integrating various systems. This integration helps ensure data accuracy and automates many data flows across platforms like NetSuite and Google Data within a few weeks or months. By eliminating manual data entry, it reduces human error and saves time. It also supports real-time decision-making by improving insights with up-to-the-minute data. Operational costs can be reduced through extensive automation, and scalability improves by helping the business manage increased data volume more efficiently as it grows. In addition, enhanced data security and compliance strengthen data protection and support adherence to regulations. I’ve also found that integrating additional systems on top of existing flows is easier to implement.

 ### 8. Celigo a must have for your Integration with Netsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | VP of Business Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo's interface is customizable. We are able to build our own flows and logic to adapt to our business cases. Their prebuilt connectors allow you to get up and running ASAP.

From the developer / ops side having the ability to see the errors and issues live in the console has allowed us to address problems before it becomes a significant one.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo sells managed connectors. We would like to be able to extend them to customize them for our business needs. It does get a little pricey as you add on all the different managed modules. I would love if they extended their login policies to allow for SSO providers like Okta or Onelogin.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A great integration between our ERP (Netsuite) and many other endpoints. It's very versatile in connecting to almost any endpoints. Their support team and office hours have been a big help in getting integrations up and running.

The data loader and various other flows have allowed us to create workflows for our Ops team that is easy to use without the knowledge of understanding Netsuite's import processes.

 ### 9. Factor Bikes x Celigo_A digital transformation journey

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barkley C. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What stood out to me most about Celigo was that, from the very beginning, their sales team brought engineers into our meetings so they could truly understand our internal workflows and talk through how Celigo could support the integration between NetSuite and Shopify. They were thorough in covering the full picture, from forward sales processes to reverse logistics like returns and refunds. Above all, I found Celigo’s interface extremely user-friendly—people on our team without coding backgrounds could still navigate it easily and understand what was happening at a glance. Celigo has saved us a considerable amount of time during our digital transformation, noticeably reducing the workload for our front-end operations team and helping set the stage for additional cross-platform integrations in the future.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

For small and medium-sized businesses, subscribing to Celigo can seem like a significant upfront expense. However, the long-term benefits far outweigh the initial cost. The support and level of attention we’ve received throughout the entire process have been genuinely invaluable. This has been our honest experience since we started working with Celigo.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since integrating NetSuite and Shopify through Celigo, our sales team has significantly reduced the time required for order entry and has nearly eliminated manual errors. As a result, they can focus more of their energy on engaging with customers, which helps improve overall customer satisfaction.

 ### 10. Great Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jafeth L. | I.T. Project Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The custom integrations have genuinely impressed me. Over the past few years, the many functionality improvements have made it possible for customers like us to tailor almost every aspect to our preferences. Their customer support is also very helpful and knowledgeable.

I also appreciate their partners, who really stand out in the industry for providing excellent consulting and project management services.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Like most SaaS/iPaaS products these days, it’s become more expensive than it was a few years ago. Even so, compared with some competitors, it still feels relatively affordable overall.

One drawback is that the standard integration applications aren’t really built to be tinkered with much. That can be limiting when you need to go beyond the basics and make deeper adjustments.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication between systems is critical for our operations, as it helps keep the sales and financial teams happy with the system they’re used to while ensuring the data is managed properly. Their technical support is very good and provides advice and solutions for any integration details that may come up.

 ### 11. A very polished, mature and capable integration platform that's easy to learn.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben J. | Senior NetSuite Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

All of our interactions with their team members have been very positive and productive. The platform is easy to learn and use.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The subscription model is expensive. I'm not sure paying for the number of flows is entirely fair, as some types of flows would not create any appreciable bandwidth or computing costs for Celigo, yet every kind of flow is counted equally. Edit 2026: Flows that you don't need to be active constantly can be deactivated so there is some flexibility.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes integration between different services easy to set up and manage. Using Celigo, we don't have to worry much about security and staying up to date with the latest APIs to connect to these services. Creating custom flows is fairly easy to learn and if contractors set them up for you, you can modify and extend them yourself.

 ### 12. Flexible, User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahan R. | System administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

There is a learning curve at the beginning, but after that it Celigo is very easy to use. The platform is also very flexible, allowing me to build/test/release both easy and complex integrations. They provide out of the box integrations (like Shopify) which is handy if your company uses them. The recent addition of celigo AI has been a huge plus for me.
Celigo help center and their forums are both great resources for getting ideas/solutions when you're stuck, and there's always the support tickets you can raise if needed (generally they have been very fast to respond in my experience) .

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is relatively an expensive choice compared to other middleware platforms. However, celigo provides a lot of features that others don't, so for us it has been a great choice and well worth the price. But if you aren't utilising most of the features/only need basic integrations, then there may be other cheaper options.
Celigo regularly makes updates to the platform which is great - but every now and then they make changes to UI or change some functions, so you will need to make sure to read the release notes beforehand, to not get caught off guard

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a different iPaaS before, and it was not great - the platform wasn't DIY, meaning we had to always raise tickets and wait for it to be completed, which took a long time. So moving to Celigo helped us a lot, since integrations were now in-house and we could make changes as and when we wanted to.
Recently, we have had the need to build several different types of integrations with 3rd party, each with it's own unique setup. And Celigo has allowed us to be able to build all of these integrations, however complex they are. Allowing us to expand our business.

 ### 13. Easy to Learn and User-Friendly Integration Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan I. | NetSuite Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like that Celigo is easy to learn and very user friendly. I was able to understand and build some pretty advanced flows and integrations using Celigo without any scripting knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo can be pretty "buggy" sometimes. The user interface logs you out and it is difficult to log back in. There are caching issues frequently. Also many out of the box Integration Apps are impossible to customize to meet business needs.
Lastly, it is difficult to scale on Celigo effectively as the pricing and licensing process is very difficult and expensive.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has helped us automate our entire Order to Cash process from all our many marketplaces and sales channels. It has allowed us to grow in many sales channels without having to scale our teams very much.

 ### 14. Fast, Reliable No-Code Integrations with a Rock-Solid NetSuite Connector

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I strongly appreciate Celigo's ability to allow me to quickly set up a reliable integration between systems. As a single IT person department tasked with multiple hats not having to write code to transfer data is invaluable. I also appreciate the system's flexibility. In addition to predefined applications, I can write integrations using REST API, which greatly expands the systems that we can integrate with. The NetSuite connector is extremely solid in terms of accuracy and reliability. Celigo offers open office hours on Tuesday with some brilliant people, which helped me get immediate answers to my questions. Their helpdesk support team is also very good and answers tickets pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I have not found many issues with Celigo. My biggest frustration is that the system does not support transferring Team Sales data to NetSuite. The grouping for filters can also be difficult to understand, but as the system has been updated over time, it is becoming much easier to build these. I would also be nice to be able to drill further into the data, you can get fields one layer away, but the system struggles with deeper arrays (i.e. Company, Deals, Line Item Associations, Line Items). We have worked around this by passing off data to a second flow, but it is inconvenient as the product cost is for a set number of flows, so using one just to pass data takes away from that count.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Celigo to integrate our CRM/MA tool (HubSpot) and NetSuite. We have investigated other integrations such as NetSuite and Canvas, and looks to be usable for that, as well.

 ### 15. Effortless Integrations and Automation with Celigo's Intuitive Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viswa M. | NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

One of the best things about Celigo is its ease of integration and automation across multiple systems. Here are a few standout aspects that users often appreciate:

Intuitive Interface – The iPaaS platform is user-friendly, making it easier to build and manage flows without heavy coding.
Pre-Built Connectors – Celigo offers ready-to-use connectors for popular applications like NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, and more, reducing setup time.
Scalability – It handles large volumes of data and complex workflows efficiently, which is crucial for growing businesses.
Error Handling & Monitoring – Robust error notifications and dashboards help quickly identify and resolve issues.
Flexibility – Supports both simple and advanced integrations, giving businesses control over customization.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Pricing for Scaling - Costs can increase significantly as you add more flows or connectors, which may be a concern for growing businesses.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving several key integration challenges for us, and the benefits are significant:

Automated Data Sync Across Systems
It eliminates manual data entry between platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL systems, reducing errors and saving time.

Streamlined Order and Fulfillment Processes
By automating order sync and fulfillment updates, we maintain accurate inventory and order statuses across all systems.

Improved Operational Efficiency
High-volume data handling and scheduled flows help us process thousands of records without constant manual intervention.

Error Handling and Visibility
Celigo provides clear logs and alerts, making it easier to monitor flows and quickly resolve issues.

Overall Benefit:
Celigo helps us maintain data consistency, improve speed, and reduce operational overhead, which translates into better customer experience and internal productivity.

 ### 16. Celigo helps companies scale better, faster and smarter!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Autumn C. | Chief of Staff + Client Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has been a game changer for our clients. The platform helps reduce manual work, eliminating errors that slows businesses down. We are seeing clients improve accuracy in their operations, move faster and continue to scale without adding additional headcount. The flexibility Celigo provides has helped us deliver reliable solutions creating true business value.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

For clients that are more in the emerging market, Celigo can feel like a pretty big investment upfront. It is a robust solution, so spending time up front to understand flows and managing the integrations will help things run much more smoothly. You'll notice how quickly the cost pays for itself by reducing manual effort and errors.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has many benefits but some that come top of mind are around unifying disconnected systems. Many time clients are struggling with siloed systems. Celigo allows for seamless data flow. Manual processes get replaced with automation allowing teams to focus more on growth.

 ### 17. Reliable Tool for Integrating Internal and External Systems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The user interface is excellent and makes it easy to view data flows in a clear, organized way. The platform offers a strong set of features, especially the ability to customize integrations quickly and easily. Once everything is set up, data transfers between platforms are seamless. This tool is part of our daily workflow, and it has been very reliable. Thank you for your continued support and ongoing improvements.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

One key limitation of Celigo is the lack of visibility into successful data flows. While error logs are available, there is no way to review logs when integrations run successfully. This makes it difficult to inspect what data actually passed through the system, which is especially important when building, debugging, or improving integrations.

It would also be valuable to have a way to create and run test cases, similar to a Jest-style testing framework. Being able to validate logic and data handling before deploying changes would greatly improve reliability and confidence.

Another major concern is the cost of adding additional integrations. The pricing makes it difficult to scale, as each new connection requires careful consideration due to its expense. As a result, we often hesitate to expand our integrations, even when there is a clear business need.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps different systems work together by allowing us to integrate them seamlessly. This includes internal systems where data needs to move between platforms, as well as external systems where we share transactional data with clients and vendors. It automates many of the daily tasks we would otherwise have to handle manually.

**Official Response from Elyse Claxton:**

> Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear Celigo’s user interface, customization capabilities, and reliability have made it a core part of your daily workflow. We truly appreciate your feedback around visibility into successful runs, testing capabilities, and scalability costs. These insights are valuable and help guide our ongoing product improvements. It’s great to know Celigo is streamlining data movement across your internal and external systems and reducing manual effort.

 ### 18. Excellent Integrations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I’ve now been using Celigo for several years, and it continues to be a critical integration platform for our business. The prebuilt integrations are intuitive, flexible, and powerful, while still allowing room for customization as requirements grow more complex. Celigo’s pace of innovation has been consistent and impressive—product enhancements regularly align with changes from key integration partners rather than lagging behind them.

Their integration apps for platforms like Amazon, eBay, Magento 2, and Walmart remain best-in-class, and the overall platform has scaled well as our integration needs have expanded. Celigo has proven to be a reliable, forward-thinking partner for building and maintaining mission-critical integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While the solution is pricey, once you look at the return on investment, the solution pays for itself.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Celigo to interface eCommerce platforms like eBay, Magento, Magento2, Walmart, and Amazon to NetSuite. I have also used it to interface Netsuite to vendors and marketing companies. The amount of automation and data integrity we have gained is amazing.

 ### 19. Effortless Shopify-NetSuite Integration with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike M. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The pre-built integrations make spinning up a new Shopify store and connecting it to NetSuite a breeze. They also have free templates available to accomplish specific goals, like automating error resolution and retrying, which have made life much easier as an admin. The ability to create my own flows from scratch is awesome. We've had very little downtime over several years - which is absolutely critical when time-sensitive syncs are in play.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Can't think of any downsides - there may be cheaper alternatives for mom-and-pop businesses, but this is an enterprise grade product that delivers.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform enables both real-time and scheduled synchronization of data between Shopify and Netsuite, making it easier to keep information up to date across both systems.

 ### 20. Celigo: Flexible NetSuite Integration to grow with your company - Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is a great platform to build out your integration to NetSuite with. It give a consistent user experience that can be simple to get started with through the pre-built integration applications, but has the flexibility to grow as your businesses complexity increase and your integration points change. Once you learn the basics of the integrations it is pretty easy to manage complex flows. Their help documentation and customer support is top notch. I have pointed it out to others vendors as a gold standard to aspire to.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

In the past, licensing and pricing could be confusing, especially when dealing with a mix of pre-built applications and their add-ons. Recently they have updated this pricing model to be based on connection endpoint and active flow counts. which have improved the complexity. It could be a little cheaper, but is competitive with its peers.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo integrates three separate shopify plus stores, Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace into our NetSuite platform. We are also considering using some EDI functionality in the future to consolidate platforms.

 ### 21. Extensive Integrations That Keep Growing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Israq B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has many endpoint integrations and keep adding it over the time.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While Celigo is powerful, some aspects can be challenging. The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when building or troubleshooting complex integrations. Error messages and logs are not always intuitive, which can make debugging time-consuming. Additionally, advanced features may require more technical knowledge than expected for a low-code platform, and pricing can feel high for smaller teams or simpler use cases.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo benefits me by automating data flows between systems, reducing errors, and saving time. It allows faster implementation of integrations, improves data accuracy and visibility, and reduces reliance on custom development, enabling smoother operations and quicker decision-making

 ### 22. Stable and reliable platform for application connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We have been using Celigo for about five years, beginning when we first implemented NetSuite. It serves as the link between our core systems—NetSuite, BigCommerce, and PayPal/Braintree—as well as marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, which has helped us automate many of our workflows. Overall, the platform has proven to be reliable, offering a good selection of prebuilt connectors that helped reduce our initial implementation costs, while still allowing us the flexibility to create custom connectors when needed. Although we still make it a routine to log in daily to check for exceptions in the error queue, we generally don't need to spend much time managing it.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The main drawback for us has been cost. Celigo’s partner network has been useful for finding experienced integrators who can keep the upfront cost of new connections or changes more manageable. Support has also been solid whenever we’ve needed help.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo assists us in connecting our various third-party web applications, allowing us to efficiently funnel data to and from NetSuite, which serves as our primary system for managing our business operations.

 ### 23. Effortless Complex Integrations with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rnie M. | Netsuite Administrator and Inventory Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like Celigo's ability to handle high-level complexity without sacrificing reliability. We needed to sync Shopify and NetSuite, but our requirements were far from standard. Celigo managed to bridge those two systems seamlessly, handling our complex business logic and data mapping in a way that other tools couldn't. It has turned a potentially messy integration into a smooth, automated process.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is definitely at a higher price point compared to some of the entry-level middleware options on the market. While you certainly get what you pay for in terms of power and reliability, the cost can be a significant consideration for smaller teams. Additionally, because the platform is so robust, there is a steep learning curve to fully leverage the more advanced features required for complex integrations.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were facing complex scenarios that NS Connector simply couldn't handle. The native connector is fine for basic setups, but as soon as we introduced different discounts, complex returns and payment scenarios, it hit a wall.

Celigo solved this by providing a much higher degree of flexibility and 'low-code' customization. The benefit has been a truly automated Shopify-to-NetSuite ecosystem as well with our 3PL systems. We’ve moved away from manual workarounds and brittle scripts, resulting in almost 100% data accuracy and a much more scalable operations process. It took us from 'making it work' to 'making it work right'.

 ### 24. Dependable, customizable and good customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It just works. Great customer support from day one. Honesty about functionality and what's required from underlying systems. Implementation was easy, as Celigo offers help with the implementation. As we use it daily, we've had our questions and requests for minimal changes at first, but Celigo is fast in fixing any issues and assisting with any changes that we wanted to make. Celigo is always able to go the extra mile to hear you out and see what they can do to get any issues resolved.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It's kinda pricey, since you not only pay for the base platform, but also for integration packages on top of that. However, it is competitive and it's been worth it so far.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get information from Shopify into Netsuite and vice versa. It has it's problems at times, but those are easy to resolve. Saves a lot of headache.

 ### 25. Solved Our Integration Issues Across Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breanna R. | Operations lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has solved a lot of our integration issues we were experiencing for operations, inventory, and accounting. We now have multiple flows set up for Shopify, Amazon, and our 3PL. Orders are flowing and we can see where they are.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It is quite expensive and they are not very partner-oriented, when it comes to programs, costs, refunds, etc.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for order routing, downloading into Netsuite, sending orders to our warehouse, capturing shipments from our warehouse back into Netsuite and through Shopify and Amazon. It is working much more better than our world without Celigo.

 ### 26. A Flexible and Scalable iPaaS for Complex Business Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alessio M. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo stands out as a robust integration platform for businesses aiming to streamline processes, automate workflows, and scale operations across multiple systems. Drawing from my experience implementing complex integration scenarios involving NetSuite, Shopify POS, TrueCommerce, FTP, and other third-party platforms, I have observed several notable strengths.

The user interface is clean, intuitive, and straightforward to navigate, even for those without a technical background. This accessibility lowers the entry barrier for business teams, allowing them to monitor flows, review errors, and configure basic steps without being entirely dependent on developers.

Celigo offers an extensive library of pre-built connectors for widely used applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, and Magento. These connectors help reduce development time, enabling teams to deploy essential integrations more quickly and reliably. The platform is regularly updated with new connectors and template flows, ensuring it remains aligned with evolving market needs.

In terms of customizability and flexibility, Celigo goes beyond its out-of-the-box features by supporting advanced customizations through scripting, transformation rules, conditional logic, and branching flows. This adaptability makes it suitable not only for standard integration scenarios but also for highly specific or unique business processes.

Celigo’s automation capabilities are another strong point. The platform facilitates the automation of repetitive and error-prone tasks such as data imports and exports, order processing, and invoice reconciliation. Its scheduler, lookup steps, and error-handling mechanisms enable robust orchestration of multi-step flows that would otherwise require manual intervention or custom development.

Security and compliance are also well addressed, with enterprise-grade features like data encryption, role-based access control, and two-factor authentication. These measures help protect the confidentiality and integrity of business data across all connected systems.

Overall, Celigo proves to be a powerful and adaptable iPaaS solution. It is especially effective for companies seeking to combine rapid deployment of standard integrations with the flexibility to support tailored business logic, all while maintaining control and visibility across their systems.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I found two things that could be improved to increase customer satisfaction.
1. Cost: Celigo can be expensive. The platform offers several pricing tiers, but even the lowest tier may be out of reach for small businesses.

2. Dependence on third-party connectors: Celigo relies on third-party connectors to integrate with other business applications, and any issues or downtime with those connectors could impact the reliability of Celigo's integrations.

The second point could be partially avoided by relying on self-development but in this case remember that while Celigo offers customization options, there may be limits to what can be achieved without significant development work or hiring a consultant.
Also, there may still be a learning curve for some employees who are not familiar with integration platforms or automation tools.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration between NetSuite ERP and Shopify used on the Corporate stores
Integration between NetSuite ERP and NuOrder Platform for B2B use
Internal flow creation for data exchanges between NetSuite ERP and our 3PLs.
Behind the scene actions for EDI communication
Also we use it to identify and adjust wrong data entry

 ### 27. Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It provides a user-friendly interface for easily creating and maintaining integrations as well as managing data errors. The customer support has been amazing. They have always provided the solutions that I need when I've gotten stuck on something or needed assistance on how to add new functionality. Ticket resolution has been timely, and there is also good documentation available as well as learning resources.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The cost is the only disadvantage I see to Celigo and can make it cost prohibitive for some companies. But it could still be a good solution for a company who does not have or want to hire an additional professional to manage their iPaas since Celigo does provide good technical support.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of our major systems and ability to modify/tailor data flowing between these systems to meet our needs.

 ### 28. The best low-code iPaaS on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Owain W. | Systems Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo's Integrator dashboard gives us an easy and quick way to check for problems with each of our integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is expensive - but scalable. If your company is small it may only be feasible if you're growing rapidly.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo tackles the often-complex challenge of integrating different cloud-based applications and systems. In many businesses, you might have separate platforms for things like sales, accounting, e-commerce, and customer service that don’t naturally “talk” to one another.
This makes it easier to automate or streamline tasks which are manual or repetitive, allowing you to grow your business without growing the headcount.

 ### 29. Easy to Use API with Good Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It's fairly easy to use even with minimal previous exposure to APIs. The documentation is pretty good, and the office hours we've attended have always been helpful. We self implemented and it went pretty well.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The cost can get exponential quick if you have multiple different endpoints. Sometimes it's hard to justify the additional cost for a very small process, even though it would be easy to automate.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of invoice/order creation which eliminates manual entry and reduces the likelihood of errors by removing the human. Primarily data exchange from one system to another. It is also creating payments for those integrations so that is saving our Accounting team a ton of time creating them manually.

 ### 30. Flexible Integrations and Powerful Error Handling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt Q. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Error handling is great and the ability to amend the payload and retry without going back to the source is very useful. It has great flexibility to either use a simple point and click interface or writing more advanced JavaScript integrations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Cost. We only use Celigo for mission-critical integrations due to the cost. If it were cheaper we would use it for everything.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Out of the box integrations with Netsuite and Shopify make it easy to get up and running very quickly, but the highly flexible platform also means it supports you as you grow and become more complex.

 ### 31. Comprehensive Integrations That Let Us Connect with Any Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo has the most comprehensive and convenient options for connecting with all of our customers at all levels of complexity. We used to have to turn away interested business because the cost of integration was too high, but since we have partnered with Celigo we have efficient means of connecting with any and all interested partners. Celigo's dashboards provide simple and easy status updates at all times.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The only downsides to Celigo are the premium pricing.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have to turn away interested business because the cost of integration was too high, but since we have partnered with Celigo we have efficient means of connecting with any and all interested partners.

 ### 32. Powerful yet Simple

**Reviewed by:** Jeffery H. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Over the years, Celigo has continuously made the product more powerful while keeping the basic features easy to use. Has connections for any system we have thought about using.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While still more affordable than comparable competition, costs continue to increase each year.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Great platform with both easy to use, simple features as well as more advanced complex features for users that need more powerful data transformation along with integration to almost any endpoint.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrations going to or coming from NetSuite. We also use the iPaaS for some other unrelated systems.

 ### 33. Intuitive, Fun, and Exceptionally Good Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The training provided is excellent, and the documentation is clear and helpful. The platform is easy to use and intuitive, making it enjoyable to work with. The team is also very friendly and always willing to assist.

I use celigo almost everyday. The number of integrations are very good, and setting up new ones are super easy. Implementation is fun.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

At times, finding a solution can be quite time-consuming because the platform is so specific. Getting technical assistance from customer support is also quite difficult, as it isn't very accessible. As a result, I often feel confused about what to do and usually end up turning to AI for help instead.

Lastly, the cost is very high.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting different software, and connecting high volume data.

 ### 34. Great Implementation Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack H. | Systems Integration Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I had the best implementation consultation team. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me gain a firm grasp on how the software worked and its capabilities as well as programming assistance.

The software is a powerful tool with many features that have helped greatly in our migration away from our VAN to the iPaaS platform.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The AI references depreciated functions so it can be hit or miss. It's also a bit pricy.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently switching both EDI providers as well as WMS and TMS softwares to something more modern which includes X12 EDI and API connections. Celigo's been instrumental in achieving our goal of being a more modern warehouse with our software needs.

 ### 35. Celigo integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shamas S. | Support Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how it helps with complex integrations but most importantly automates workflows between systems.

It saves time and helps us confidently monitor processes.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Here are a few things:

Pricing structure - potentially expensive
Costs can grow.
Learning the system can be overwhelming at start.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here are some:

reliable business operations because systems stay in sync automatically which is brilliant for us as business.

As a business, we continue to grow or add new platforms, we can onboard them more smoothly without overloading IT resources.

Overall, Better decision-making thanks to up-to-date and consistent data across tools.

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is great because it works out of the box with the most platform. All authentication methods are available and the customization with scripts is great!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is very expensive, making It not always worth using the platform for simple things.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation. A lot of work can be done by hand, but automation makes it perfect. Especially stock updates now go almost realtime.

 ### 37. Seamless NetSuite Integration and Easy Automation with Celigo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Seamless integration with NetSuite and simple interface. I learned that we can automate processes inside of NetSuite using only Celigo and no other 3rd party tools.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The FTP/SFTP connector is cost-prohibitive for us at this point, the cost is not worth the minimal time that it would save us.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary use is EDI, and Celigo has given us full control over the mapping of documents into NetSuite. Instead of paying and waiting for a 3rd party to make simple changes, we can now make these changes in just a few minutes. All of this for about the same price we were paying before.

 ### 38. It's a good tool to use to integrate systems. The best tool I ever worked

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelvin M. | Senior Integration Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Customer Support. Need to be more emphatic with the customer. Support always available but need to improve more in the process. Price :(

 ### 40. User-Friendly with Convenient Integrations, Smooth Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blane M. | ERP Technical Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the convenience of the pre-packaged solutions and the available integration apps. The learning curve is also manageable, which makes the overall experience enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

If you have your own in-house developers, you'll likely find that the limitations of the pre-packaged solutions become your own, as Celigo restricts how much you can truly customize the applications. Additionally, the cost can be quite high, especially if you have the capability to build your own flows.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has enabled our company to accelerate the integration of our sales platforms with ease, allowing us to scale quickly without the need to bring in additional resources.

 ### 41. Great Support and Functionality, but Costly and Complex Implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michel S. | VP/GM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Once the mapping is done, it works the way it should.
Opening support tickets is easy and service reps are very helpful in making sure a solution to the errors is always reached.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

It is not easy to implement by someone not qualified. We are forced to use a third party company for every new implementation at great expense.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addresses the entire sales order life-cycle from order entry to payments reconciliation. The amount of labor-time saved cuts across many departments. As long as your website is producing the volume, the cost is well justified. Celigo helps us improve our customer service by providing our customers visibility of their transactions in real-time.

 ### 44. Celigo: A Reliable and User-Friendly Integration Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo’s visual workflow builder and prebuilt integrations automate data movement across systems. Scheduling and real‑time error alerts save hours each week, reduce manual fixes, and improve data accuracy. An unexpected benefit is how easily integrations scale as volumes grow.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo’s advanced integrations can be hard to troubleshoot due to limited error detail, which slows resolution for complex flows. More granular logs and debugging tools would reduce downtime. Greater pricing flexibility would also help teams scale integrations more efficiently.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Celigo, we relied on manual data transfers that caused frequent errors and delays. Now integrations run automatically, saving several hours each week, improving data accuracy, and reducing operational issues so our team can focus on higher‑value, strategic work.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The pricing structure can be a bit tricky to understand, though the support at both the Account Rep and Customer Service level is amazing. Once a rep is assigned to a ticket, the results are usually quickly resolved.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Celigo to connect my website(s) to our NetSuite ERP. The native flow makes this process easy to set up and customize. I also use it to connect to multiple FTP servers to bring non-website orders in from other systems.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

User friendly. We have visibility of any issues that arise and are able to deal with them appropriately online the previous software we used.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The pricing structure doesn't quite work for us. The endpoints / flows packages are not flexible meaning we now pay for more flows that we actually need.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had errors occurring with the previous software which we have been able to eradicate now we use Celigo. When we do receive errors we are able to deal with them swiftly and accurately.
