The product feels smooth and east to use once set up. It has integrated nicely with our ERP. The speed and reliability is nice. I am unsure of the pricing because I did not purchase it myself but I would guess the price matches the value and we get our moneys worth and ROI is good. It was very easy finding help and support for the product and onboarding was fairly smooth. I have not dabbled in the AI-powered capabilities or intelligence features yet so I can not speak to that. **What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?** One thing that is difficult is initially setting up the product for journal entry uploads. This is especially true for complex uploads. **What problems is ExtendInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us streamline our JE upload process. It is beneficial because it helps save time as opposed to manually uploading. Sometimes it’s due to a missing field—often one that’s greyed out and easy to miss. The failure reason can also be a bit confusing at times. CSV updates stops at the first error met, and errors are not always easy to understand and fix. I love that it has multiple ways to interact with the data, including SuiteQL which allows SQL query functionality. Imports are a bit slow, but WAY more convenient than csv imports. **What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?** Some data types are only exposed to the Data Management module, Not SuiteQL. This is fine, but it makes getting data a bit slow is it loads in 25 line increments. **What problems is ExtendInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to very quickly update inventory, contacts, vendors... really anything I want to batch update. Reports that used to take 2 hours are ready in less than 5 minutes. It's convenient to work in Excel without needing to switch to NetSuite, yet have the current NetSuite data at our fingertips. Their support is fantastic, their technical support personnel are knowledgeable and quick to respond, and their online resources for training are thorough and easy to use. **What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?** Currently, the templates for accessing NetSuite data cannot be shared with other users in your organization, so when a group collaborates, each person has to re-create the process. I believe this is being fixed in their next release. **What problems is ExtendInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't need to re-create and email the same report each month. Reports can be set on a schedule, so once you have a working copy, it will automatically update. Spreadsheets containing the report can be shared with team members who don't use NetSuite. If there are suggested changes, it's a quick fix to the searches and a click of a button to update the report. I feel more confident using CloudExtend than NetSuite's .csv uploader to update existing records and create new records. It's easier to use and more efficient. The support staff is also extremely helpful and I've worked with them throughout the years - shout out to Joseph G.! **What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?** Last I checked it's still not possible to update the base price on an Inventory Item record. Deeper looks into the data showed that there were errors in the data, but it still required some deeper looks. **Recommendations to others considering ExtendInsights:** I wish I had this tool to start when I launched our org and we boostrapped our version of Salesforce for our orgs.
