It connects smoothly with WooCommerce, so I didn’t have to jump through hoops or deal with complicated settings. **What do you dislike about CedCommerce?** The customer service representative made me write this review while we were in communication. He asked to see my screen to check that I was actually posting a positive review, and he even wrote the review himself. At one point, I wanted to give 4 stars but he asked me to give 5. I am no longer satisfied at all with CedCommerce’s services because I was charged after the 3-day trial even though I did not intend to subscribe, and I also find their method of forcing me to write a positive comment quite questionable. I feel sorry for this person — it didn’t really bother me as long as I wasn’t paying. But I was charged €89 overnight. **What problems is CedCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** I often struggle to get their products in front of the right (and new) eyes. TikTok is a massive, growing platform, but without technical expertise, it’s tough to connect your store and market there. ### 2. Perhaps an introduction video on how to use the software **Recommendations to others considering CedCommerce:** Please try it! It works in a basic sense that it will sync inventories but I get to encounter problems now and then like some products won't sync and out of stock items still being purchased by customers. **What do you like best about CedCommerce?** It's wordpress based so I won't need to spend so much time understanding how it works **What do you dislike about CedCommerce?** Sync issues, Stock issues mentioned above, Paid customer support that takes over 48 hours to respond, API changes are not proactively monitored by their team.. meaning you need to report if there's an API change and if you do not have an active support, then you'll have to figure out the API issue yourself.
