Absolutely nothing. A business will setup itself using Cedcommerce extensions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CedCommerce? Our experience with CedCommerce has been nothing short of a disaster. We purchased several of their B2B extensions, only to discover that they are missing critical business logic and completely fail to address real-world business requirements. They sell you extensions that require other extensions to be bought but these extensions do not properly work with one another. The extensions are slow and include repetitive prompts that causes speed issues on a Magento platform. The code appears to be written by low-paid, inexperienced developers with no understanding of Magento best practices or even basic quality standards. As a result, we encountered issue after issue—many of which were directly due to poor, non-standard coding that broke our Magento store and forced us into costly troubleshooting. What’s worse, the extensions are clearly designed with one goal in mind: to get you dependent on CedCommerce for constant fixes and “customizations,” which, unsurprisingly, they charge extra for—even when the issues are clearly defects in their original products. Customer support is practically nonexistent. Our support tickets went unanswered, and whenever we did manage to get a response, it was superficial and never actually solved the problems. Reaching out to management was equally useless—they were always “unavailable” and never addressed our complaints, despite repeated attempts to contact them. If you value your business, your time, and your sanity, do NOT buy anything from CedCommerce. Their extensions are unreliable, their code is subpar, and their support is abysmal. We are still dealing with the fallout from trusting this company. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reputable Magento solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Not only does CedCommerce not solve any issues but it adds to problems with sub par extensions that are not to Magento standards to the extremely poor customer support that takes weeks to respond and fail to resolve issues. Pausing your account and holding you to ransom until you upgrade. Missing orders not coming through. They don't work out of hours even for very serious technical glitches they will not be available. Spending an hour chatting to their 'helpdesk' trying to sort our an issue. They will also try and charge you extra $200 to fix an issue with their own plugin/subscription which is ridiculous. No apology or ownership or any sort of resolution when they mess up. Be prepared to lose lots of orders and have your companies reputation damaged as a result of their issues. They must pay for positive reviews, this product is horrible we are having duplicate sales constantly, I paid more for dedicated support they do not reply in a timely manner, even if you send a detailed issue report they want a 1 hour call every time for you to show problem, this is eating up so much of my time, when they fix it they are doing so manually so the bugs are still in the program, they try to upsell you everyday on other products. I purchased the eBay Shopify app which was said to track inventory between eBay sales and my Shopify site. It worked at first, then stopped tracking inventory after about a month. They fixed it after a few days but again stopped tracking inventory again after about a month. This continued until a month ago at which point support stopped responding to my emails pertaining to the inventory tracking feature not working. I understand that sometimes apps will not work due to eBay changes etc., but not every month and there is no excuse to not respond to customers email requests to fix the app. Avoid this app and nonresponsive company! Do not go with them if you can help it." 0/5 Describe the project or task CedCommerce helped with: I've been working with CedCommerce through my BigCommerce instance for several months. They have been a horrible partner when it comes to order management and inventory syncs. Don't use LAZADA plugin. Stay away!" 0/5 Describe the project or task CedCommerce helped with: I used this for Lazada and Shopee integration. It will work for the first 30 days and performance declined as soon as refund period is over. They claim that support is 24/7 but don't fall for it. They never reply on weekends, and some days on the weekday the assigned developer will tell you he's on a rest day, won't be available etc. no other support will be assigned. The first 30 days sure is an upside, they will treat you with a VIP service.. then will upsell additional $100 for "support" of 3 months. If you don't pay, good luck. This was the cheapest software for this particular job. Support was helpful in trying to make it work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CedCommerce? The documentation is in broken english and in some cases just missing whole sections which should be included. Terminology is confusing even for a web developer like myself. After trying even with some custom code provided by the support staff, this just didn't do what we wanted, despite having no use and (in theory) they being able to simple deactivate our license key, no refund was possible whatsoever. Some functions are broken entirely such as the confusingly-named "archive" function which is used to remove items from eBay. Once archived, you can't re-list the item which is a pain if you unlist it for a simple spelling mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering CedCommerce: Don't save the $50-$200 by cheaping out on their WooCommerce plugin, get a different plugin and save yourself the headache.
