Management teams can maintain detailed resident and unit records, including contacts, preferences, pets, vehicles, documents, and other property information. Operational tools support maintenance and service requests, amenity reservations, visitor access, unit entry authorizations, incident tracking, resident communications, announcements, events, and document management. Role-based permissions, audit histories, and time-stamped activity help management teams maintain visibility and accountability across building operations. Residents receive a property-branded experience for interacting with their community, allowing them to access information, submit requests, manage services, authorize visitors, reserve amenities, receive communications, and interact with their property from one location.
