CUBE is a Common Data Environment and construction project management platform for architecture, engineering, and construction teams. It gives project teams one place for the current version of every drawing, model, and document, with a full record of who approved what and when, accessible to the whole project team. CUBE combines a common data environment with project management in a single product. The browser-based viewer opens 60+ file types — including native BIM, CAD and IFC, drawings, PDFs, spreadsheets, video, and panoramas — with no plugins, so the full project team can see and comment on the model, not just the people with authoring licences. Review and approval workflows include a complete audit trail, naming-convention enforcement, and transmittals, reducing rework caused by superseded drawings. Every 10 Common Data Environment seats include 10 Guest seats. Every 10 Project Management seats include 10 Field seats, so consultants, clients, and site teams can collaborate without extra per-head licence cost. Teams typically start on one project and expand across projects, modules, and seats. Beyond document control, CUBE supports RFIs, inspections, schedules with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project round-trip, BOQ-driven billing, contracts and milestones, model-based takeoff, and rate analysis. CUBE is available on web, Android, and iOS. An integrable API is provided on demand. CUBE AI is built to help teams find, check, and route project information already stored in CUBE, inside the same governed document-control and approval workflows. CUBE AI and MCP access are part of a new AI product launching shortly and should not be listed as generally available until that launch. Deployment options include CUBE Cloud, with private cloud and on-premise available on Enterprise. The platform is ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 19650 certified. Founders bring 12 years of BIM and VDC experience.
