The product is very robust, but there is a lack of API support for managing the profiles and tasks within the application. That would be the downfall of the application in this day and age. To be honest, I can NOT think of one thing that is a negative, I guess free would be a great but very unrealistic... considering software is capable of meeting a lot of different needs.
