The course starts with the basics, using simple example projects that you build yourself, followed by clear and to-the-point explanation videos. It then gradually progresses into more advanced techniques, including refactoring legacy codebases. Along the way, Dave Farley shares tons of practical insights and recommendations drawn from his years of hands-on experience — the kind of advice you don’t often get from textbooks. As it is a primer, there would still be many questions that pop up in real life that you'd need to learn about and it could take a while and many mistakes to get good at.
