Its predecessor, CCS (Customer Care System), has been built and updated every quarter since 2004, and 850+ outlets have used it, with an 86% renewal rate. CCS Plus is a management system, not just a billing system. Most salon POS systems record what you sold. CCS Plus is designed to help owners understand why sales go up or down, and what to do next. All-in-one salon operations CCS Plus brings the daily work of a salon into one system: POS billing, customer profiles, appointment booking and bed scheduling, inventory, inter-outlet stock transfers, staff commission and payroll. Every bill records what has been paid and what is still owed, so outstanding balances are tracked automatically. Packages and prepaid, built for the beauty industry Salons sell packages, and CCS Plus supports 10 package and prepaid types: Course, Program, Prepaid, Top Up, eWallet, Club, Voucher, Coupon, Token and Deposit. Sessions are deducted automatically, and remaining sessions, prepaid credit and balances are shown on one page of the customer profile. Commission without month-end arguments Commission is calculated at billing. One bill can be split between several staff members, and each staff member sees their own commission, schedule and attendance in the Staff App. Face-recognition attendance links clock-in to payroll. 1,000+ multi-dimensional reports CCS Plus can generate more than 1,000 multi-dimensional reports. They show which customers should have returned but did not, which staff retain customers best, which packages actually make a profit, and where money leaks. Every night after closing, owners receive sales, collection, payment methods, staff sales and customer counts on WhatsApp, for each outlet. Control and security Every discount needs a reason and can require a PIN, so owners know who approved it. Owners set what each role can see and can limit logins to the outlet. Each salon's data is kept separate, backed up daily and handled in line with Malaysia's PDPA. More features Customer App for balances, points and coupons; Smart Receipt via WhatsApp link or QR code; customer follow-up tasks; Reverse Booking; Play & Win loyalty; LHDN MyInvois e-Invoice; and multi-outlet management with branch comparison.
