Their deployment speed is unreal, they move faster than teams twice their size and never cut corners doing it. What really sets them apart is how thoughtful and intentional they are about every integration detail. Their team is incredibly responsive, always engaged, and genuinely invested in making the partnership work. You never feel like just another vendor on their list, they treat every relationship like it matters. Customer service isn't just a department at CCN Health, it's baked into their DNA. **What do you dislike about CCN Health?** Nothing comes to mind. Every interaction has been smooth, professional, and productive. **What problems is CCN Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** CCN Health takes a ton of the complexity out of RPM and CCM by actually building solid integrations across a bunch of our devices not just cherry-picking one or two. They've done the work to make sure everything talks to each other properly and their programs run clean. The thing is, when their stuff runs well, it makes us look good too.
