We like that we can share 'binders' between the various accounting/auditing firms. You can attach PDF's and other files right into the company accounting file which they call a 'binder'. Under the flashy new screens lies a dated sub-system that still has old options that support tells you not to turn on (why don't they developers just remove them???). The CCH software, specifically their Axcess package is probably still the best integrated tax package in the industry. It's cloud hosted, and it is relatively fast.
