CCH SureTax is designed by tax experts to help businesses comply with the most complex sale and use tax requirements. This cloud-based sales tax automation platform aims to ensure customers accurately calculate, collect, and remit taxes to the correct authorities every time. Boasting 100+ years of tax research experience, CCH SureTax assures customers stay on top of constant tax legislation changes. The sales and use tax rates and rules get automatically updated, reflecting 100,000+ annual changes for 24,000+ authorities in the US and Canada. With a single login, customers can look up rates and taxability for a particular product, and access their Calculations, Returns, Reporting, and Exemption Certificate Management (ECM) modules. The data flows directly from one module to another, eliminating human error associated with manual data manipulation and calculations. All changes and transactions can be recreated in the event of an audit and provide customers with a strong audit defense. Additionally, its Power BI reporting functionality allows businesses to analyze sales and use taxes on a more granular level than what might be typical of an ERP, to ensure returns' accuracy and get more insights from sales data. The company also offers Professional Services, such as Nexus Study, Managed and Outsourced Services, allowing customers to partially or fully outsource sales and use tax compliance.
