I like that CCH keeps everything very up to date with new tax laws and their website is very user friendly when trying to get help with where something should go. I also like the link to worksheets option where I can go to the tax forms and if I'm unsure where a number on the form comes from I can link it back to the input screen instead of searching through myself. I dislike that there are two different versions to use when inputting information because that can sometimes make it difficult when I am needed help with something.
