Learning curve, but extremely useful!" 4.5/5 What do you like best about CCH Intelliconnect? I really like the citator and the document tray. Additionally, it is really easy to copy links to tax code, etc. so I can send the links to superiors for their review when I make taxability decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CCH Intelliconnect? It took me a few months to become comfortable with using CCH. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get used to it, you want to use it more. I love how simple it is to obtain statutes/regulations and copy/paste links to these statutes/regulations so I can share them with my colleagues/superiors and spread knowledge. I thought it was hard to use and I preferred RIA over CCH. However, once getting used to the platform, it has become my preferred research search engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I have worked with CCH throughout my career and the search tools and resources have continuously improved and made it progressively easier to find what I am looking for each time I log in. There is still some room for improvement in terms of highlighting and generating awareness of the editorial resources and summaries of authoritative guidance. Intelliconnect provides me the ability to factually support our sales force and finance teams with a top of the line knowledge base that is above reproach. The only real issue I have currently is my ability to login quickly. Not sure if it's an issue on my end or a software issue, but sometimes I am logged out automatically.
