Smart Charts save so much time. Additionally, it is really easy to copy links to tax code, etc. so I can send the links to superiors for their review when I make taxability decisions. **What do you dislike about CCH Intelliconnect?** It took me a few months to become comfortable with using CCH. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get used to it, you want to use it more. **Recommendations to others considering CCH Intelliconnect:** Don't give up on CCH. The research software is much easier to use the more you use it and get used to it. **What problems is CCH Intelliconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to find taxability decisions state by state for various kinds of purchases easily and quickly. This cuts down on my research time and allows me to spend more time doing more important things such as analysis. ### 3. The document tray is simply genius. **What do you dislike about CCH Intelliconnect?** I didn't like CCH at all at first. I thought it was hard to use and I preferred RIA over CCH. However, once getting used to the platform, it has become my preferred research search engine. **Recommendations to others considering CCH Intelliconnect:** Do it. You will not regret it! It has such a huge value-add to our organization and I'm sure it would do the same for you! **What problems is CCH Intelliconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to quickly and easily obtain information about tax laws, etc. and share it with my colleagues/superiors so then I can spend more time on analysis versus searching for hours to find one statute/regulation. ### 4. I use CCH above all other tax research options as I am always able to find what I need. **What do you dislike about CCH Intelliconnect?** There is still some room for improvement in terms of highlighting and generating awareness of the editorial resources and summaries of authoritative guidance. The organization and cataloging of these items could be better presented. **What problems is CCH Intelliconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CCH very frequently to solve a number of tax research questions and conclude on various tax positions for my clients. ### 5. It is my go to source of research for a wide range of sales tax issues as well as corporate income tax. **What do you dislike about CCH Intelliconnect?** The only real issue I have currently is my ability to login quickly. Not sure if it's an issue on my end or a software issue, but sometimes I am logged out automatically. **Recommendations to others considering CCH Intelliconnect:** If you are looking for a robust research tool which provides accurate and detailed information, this is the tool for you. I started out with RIA Checkpoint, so my preference is with them. **Recommendations to others considering CCH Intelliconnect:** My personal preference lies with Thompson Rueters RIA Checkpoint, as with many of my colleagues. However, I believe that it is more costly. If you gain access through partnering with ADP, you can have free access to Intelliconnect. **What problems is CCH Intelliconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Utilizing to determine which tax positions to take with specific scenarios that clients have. ### 12. The indexing and ability to jump from resource to resource is easy, as is making notes and downloading/sharing. **What do you dislike about CCH Intelliconnect?** Sometimes it can be hard to pinpoint what is needed buried in Cheetah - but the Titles A-Z search is a life saver and I use that a lot. **Recommendations to others considering CCH Intelliconnect:** Highly recommend for lawyers/law librarians, legal researchers, etc. Love the Cheetah platform and support from WK. They are fantastic and quick to respond. **What problems is CCH Intelliconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use it for research and to pull direct citations.
