**What do you like best about CCH iFirm?**

I like how it's simple to find contacts easily if you know their name. I also like how there is a summary of account transactions and so on, so we can review information.

**What do you dislike about CCH iFirm?**

I dislike how there aren't more options to search contacts, such as searching by email address. There are times where I would only have an email address and can't figure out who is related to it. I would have to search manually or by guessing.

**Recommendations to others considering CCH iFirm:**

It may seem a lot at first, but once employees get the hang of it, it's simple to use.

**What problems is CCH iFirm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the way that I use CCH iFirm, is mostly for accounts payables/receivables. Using the Account Payable summary helps track which clients owe us money or have already paid.
