I love this program and the trainers that are in these videos. They are very informative and take the approach that their audience may be at the beginner level. They break it down very simple to ensure you are able to grasp the topic. These trainers are both friendly on the screen and off. Only thing I dislike is I wish there were some additional areas of training and some more in-depth training. For example on the VMWare training it gives you a good understanding of what it takes to setup VMWare, VCenter, DNS, etc. But would love a module that covers in-depth advanced troubleshooting. Would also like to see courses on different SAN products on configuration and troubleshooting as well. Would also like to see some other courses like ITL Foundations V4. This has only been the recent past week or so, but when I am watching training content it will not record my time or nor it will accept my answers to the quiz questions and not give me the points for that video/module. Have logged out and signed back in to refresh the session but that does not help at all. Nothing negative with CBT but glitches with the servers it seems like.
