The course catalog has what we need as well as the practice exams. Could the exams be improved, sure, but then you are talking about basically having material like with PrepAway where all they do is memorize the actual test questions which means if they pass the cert they may still not have the skills to back it up. **Recommendations to others considering CBT Nuggets:** If you are looking for a platform for your team to learn and grow in the industry then CBT Nuggets is the place to go. **What problems is CBT Nuggets solving and how is that benefiting you?** CBT Nuggets is solving a cost and knowledge gap issue all at once. We were offering to send team members to boot camps at about $5k a head. CBT Nuggets is way more cost-effective and provides the theory behind the information they will be tested on whereas the boot camps were just, memorize the test, then take the test, based on what you just memorized. I also wish it had a little more content on some topics. I feel like CBT has fewer topics than some of the other providers but I have found its more up to date and they have a stronger focus on IT.
