Some work great. However, for exams, close isn't good enough. **What do you dislike about CBT Nuggets?** Several CCNP ENCOR labs had unresolved issues spanning years. The issues appear in user comments. CBT could have provided a PDF update. Updating the entire video isn't needed. Erroneous labs may cause you to lose points and fail ENCOR. I used CBT for 6 mos. One lab had obsolete etherchannel commands that don't match Official Cert Guide. They appear to be using old? devices running old Cisco IOS that uses ISL. Port-channel commands are the correct process per Cisco Press. I could not use them in labs. One has to learn the commands as Cisco requires, since they control what is on the exam labs on the real ENCOR. 90% of labs must follow 90% of exam blueprint and cert guides or failure is a very real poss., as reported by other candidates on social media. **What problems is CBT Nuggets solving and how is that benefiting you?** The purpose of CBT labs is to help pass the CCNP ENCOR exam and (of course) earn more as a network engineer. Their excitement about the skills and technology shows in their training. They make difficult concepts easier to understand and training for exams or just new skills is not boring like some other IT training can be. Recent product update includes an improved layout of courses with some new features, but I'm most excited about the new course for CCNA exam prep -- only halfway through the training so far but compared to the earlier version, I love how extensive it is. Very hands-on. **What do you dislike about CBT Nuggets?** It's a little pricey but worth the investment for the quality (especially if you your org has the training budget to spend). **What problems is CBT Nuggets solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to stay up to date on new technologies and train junior admins. The combined questions you get for each video helps reinforce the knowledge given in the video and helps prepare me for my exam. The course is also broken up into skills, which makes nice timeframes for each section, so I tend to do one skill per training session so I don't overwhelm mylself with knowledge. The lab environments for particular courses are also great as it allows us to put the theory into practice and have more chance of remembering the information. **What do you dislike about CBT Nuggets?** It would be nice if there was a seach bar for each course so that I could find a particular exam objective or skill rather than having to scroll through the list. It's also a shame that the particular course that I am doing (Aszure Admin AZ-104) doesnt have any practice labs but that's a dislike for the course rather than CBT Nuggets as a whole **What problems is CBT Nuggets solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me learn for exams, in particular Comptia and Microsoft. For example on the VMWare training it gives you a good understanding of what it takes to setup VMWare, VCenter, DNS, etc. But would love a module that covers in-depth advanced troubleshooting. Would also like to see courses on different SAN products on configuration and troubleshooting as well. I've been able to study more and actually put to practice wgat I've learned as its not hard. The main Instructors that I have learned from are Keith and Knox and they do an amazing job at helping me understand complex topics. **What do you dislike about CBT Nuggets?** This has only been the recent past week or so, but when I am watching training content it will not record my time or nor it will accept my answers to the quiz questions and not give me the points for that video/module. Have logged out and signed back in to refresh the session but that does not help at all. And ofc I can re-watch the videos as many times as I needed. **What do you dislike about CBT Nuggets?** The menu to navigate to videos is a little bit hard. If we can make the menu easier to navigate, like a tree / branch model, it would be great.
