It's purpose-built for wholesalers, distributors, and retailers who have outgrown QuickBooks but don't want the cost or complexity of enterprise ERP. Its modular design means you start with the applications you need now and add more as you scale, so you get full ERP capability without a large upfront commitment. Inventory, accounting, orders, CRM, and HR all live in the same system, so there's no jumping between tools or reconciling data from different sources. For small and mid-size distributors and wholesalers, that kind of real-time visibility across operations is usually only available in much more expensive platforms. The implementation is also faster than anything else in the category, and we've seen clients go live in 30 days. The support model is hands-on in a way that enterprise ERP vendors simply can't offer. **What do you dislike about CBOS Cloud ERP?** The built-in CRM is fairly basic compared to dedicated CRM platforms. It covers the essentials, but businesses with complex sales pipelines or advanced CRM needs may find it limiting and want to integrate a standalone CRM alongside CBOS **What problems is CBOS Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem CBOS solves is the disconnected systems issue that plagues most small and mid-size distributors.
