CazVid is a video-first hiring platform designed around a simple premise: for roles where presence, communication, and language fluency matter, a 30-second video tells you more than a three-page resume. Job seekers record short video resumes called "cazumes" covering their introduction, skills, and availability. Employers browse cazumes by role, location, language, and seniority - screening for fit on video before ever sending a message. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, CazVid ranked #104 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list with 3,309% three-year revenue growth. The platform has 425,000+ published profiles across Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Dominican Republic, the United States, South Africa, and Spain, with multi-language support in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Portuguese. CazVid is free for job seekers. Employers use tiered paid plans for candidate search, in-app messaging, and verified hiring access. The platform is available on iOS, Android, and web. Every cazume has a public URL for sharing outside the platform, and every hiring employer sees a consistent candidate-evaluation experience across devices. CazVid serves as an alternative to LinkedIn, Indeed, Computrabajo, Bumeran, and other text-based hiring platforms, particularly for employers hiring for customer-facing, service-industry, bilingual, or LATAM-based roles where evaluating how a candidate actually communicates is the difference between a good hire and a bad one.
