The reporting of sensitive data is very general, and I requested if there was a better report filter so that it would produce the same report per user. They got back to me very quickly and provided a solution. **What problems is Cavelo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are subject to numerous cybersecurity audits annually from the major financial institutions in Ontario. The Cavelo platform allows us to ensure that we understand our cyber data risks as well as provides us with daily vulnerability assessments at all our endpoints. The monthly reports is easy to understand and digest by upper management, which in turn allows us to move forwards on remediation quicker. ### 2. The window Cavelo provides into our data helps us think about data security clearly. **What do you dislike about Cavelo?** There were some bumps with our initial agent roll-out, but the pace of development is quick and all issues have been resolved by responsive support. **What problems is Cavelo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cavelo has helped us identify and eliminate sensitive data stranded outside of hardened structures. Benchmarking and software approvals support more secure configs. ### 3. Aside from detecting PII across all of our infrastructure, monitoring vulnerabilities is extremely accurate. In addition, providing visibility about missing or non-sanctioned software is a huge win for us! **What do you dislike about Cavelo?** We have been using Cavelo for the past 14 months and the platform only gets better. So far, we have found nothing that put's us off using it. **What problems is Cavelo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cavelo allows us to ensure that sensitive data is stored securely and proactively reduces our liability. In addition, the vulnerability monitoring is fantastic and gives us a realtime view of the current patch status of our systems. ### 5. For features that aren’t available yet, the team is open to including them in their roadmap. **What problems is Cavelo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started using Cavelo for our corporate environment. It revealed an issue in our production environment, so we’ve also integrated the platform with that. We’re now using Cavelo for a full security assessment across our entire organization. The support experience has been phenomenal, being both hands on, helping us deploy the product and offering trainig to our staff. **What problems is Cavelo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cavelo is helping us to find and monitor all of our client's data across many different platforms, It also shows us our risk of data leakage in an intelligent format that is easy for executives to understand. ### 7. In doing so, it functions as a significant piece of our required privacy compliance efforts. It was easy to install and we were up and running very quickly. The quick view dashboard of information is highly valuable. **What do you dislike about Cavelo?** IT would be great if it tracked the movement of specifically identified data and alerted when it traveled outside established parameters. **What problems is Cavelo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cavelo shows us where PII is stored on our systems. This helps with respect to ensuring policies are adhered to and that we are compliant in regard to privacy regulations. ### 12. In addition to monitoring and tracking the use and movement of Personally Identifiable Information, it shows a clear view into any other existing network vulnerabilities and offers guidance to remediate those vulnerabilities. **What do you dislike about Cavelo?** Cavelo is still a relatively new product, and so there may not be the kind of name recognition you'd see with other (and much more expensive) solutions. **What problems is Cavelo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cavelo helps to pull back the blankets and shines a light on the deepest, darkest corners of your network. As with any security/vulnerability platform, knowledge is king. Being able to present (in order of criticality) current vulnerabilities in an easy-to-use interface allows IT Team members to take care of the network so that the business can continue to run smoothly. Knowing what needs to be fixed, and in what order those things need to be fixed is crucial to the smooth operation of a network. ### 13.
