Our company required a solution to manage our products, and digital assets first. While Catsy performs this task exceptionally well, what stands out is its ability to adapt to business challenges. We required a customizable matrix to structure what we sell, to contain multiple levels of parent/child relationships, with a vast array of combonations. We are pleased to say that the product has performed exceptionally well leading up to, and beyond our Go-Live.

Additionally, the people we have had the privelage of working with has made this challenging project operate smoothly. I wish there was a split view within a single attribute group. One attribute has a long list of attributes but I would be nice if i could put two next to eachother, visually it would be easier to digest

DAM portion is less intuituve for a beginner to log in and use.

from the product view page, when i click a products main image because i want to see it enlarged it opens the window to change it, i would like to be able to view it without having to click into the item

Being able to edit many products at once, and then push those changes nearly instantly. Importing into Catsy is much easier than into our standalone e-commerce store which helps streamline our process. We have been working with the Catsy team for 6+ months to get our very large and custom catalog products optimized for both Amazon and Shopify. We're combining complicated formulas with manual updates to really optimize our listings effeciently. We've come to them with so many different requests and they've worked quickly and thouroughly to offer us the optimal solution so we can use the tool as easily as possible on our end. We're in there every day updating products, images, and syncing them to our channels. The platform itself is designed with the user in mind, but given it's powerful capabilities, you need to work in there for a bit to really understand everything you can do. We have run into some limitations in our channel sync with Amazon, primarly in the image updating/removing use case and not having the ability to create virtual bundles. I know Amazon is a difficult platform to work with, so I understand that not everything is possible at this time. Catsy has been built to be a PIM and DAM together. Not a PIM that purchased a DAM and tries to make it fit, or a DAM that purchased a PIM. Solutions that buy their way into both do not work well together. Catsy allows you to flow between the two solution sets seemlessly. The fast time of ease of implementation is a huge plus. The flexibility of Catsy will make you think out your solution before you start implementing. Meaning, you need to thoroughly understand your product data and how you want to use it because the flexibility will allow you to do many things. Catsy is has a very user-friendly user interface. All of the tools and functions are quite easy to use on both the PIM side and the DAM side. It was a lot of interesting and thoughtful features that, for me, hedge out the competition. The customer support is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I have requested several features to be added to the software, and all of the requests have been met or are in development. All of the migration and integration was quite easy as well.
