The platform is ideal for B-to-B industrial products. It is flexible to set it up with your product category structure and with as many attributes per product that you need. Our platform support contact is excellent - very knowledgeable on the platform and readily available to discuss any issues or ideas to improve the platform. There can be glitches in the platform with things that are supposed to work and do not - however, the support staff is generally quick to fix them. Development of any new functionality you want can take a very long time and/or Catsy may say no to the idea altogether. When we were evaluating PIMs and DAMs, many did one or the either well, but not both - Catsy has been able to do both, while also integrating with our website and ERP system. The team in Catsy is accommodative when we setup our PIM as we have quite numbers of customization due to our product structure and web channel. As for the system, we can also organize our data and asset according to our classification. It made life easy for us when we review and export the data to review with our stakeholders. I love the flexibility and ease of using the Catsy DAM & PIM portal. It allows us to manage our data more efficiently and avoid costly errors when updating data manually. The integration with our ERP system is very convenient for getting our data and setting up our channels to distribute it. Catsy automates our databases and serves as one source of truth.
