What do you like best about Catsy DAM & PIM?

The team at Catsy is exceptional and their product has been exactly what we needed to get our product information in order. Catsy as a PIM/DAM product has been fully sufficient for our organization that represents over a hundred different suppliers and thousands upon thousands of products. The system was easy to use and manipulate to be exactly what we needed. We previously had no product management system and the team at Catsy made the difference in helping us implement a fully functioning PIM and DAM. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Catsy from the support team to the very top we were provided the time and attention that is often unseen in software companies, but Catsy was personal and I felt like I got to know the team through the process of implementation. I'm beyond thankful for the approach they took with our organization and feel that we have found a partner who will be with us into the future as we scale and grow. What problems is Catsy DAM & PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization was lagging behind with over two decades of technical debt in our systems with thousands of products and over a hundred different suppliers and zero management system. Catsy helped us get our products organized, data imported and provided integrations with our e-commerce channels to facilitate product information from one system to the next. Catsy is one of the tools that brought our company out of the 90's and into the 2020s and it's because of this solution that we are now able to provide our customers a better UX on our e-commerce store and begin exploring an omnichannel strategy for online sales. What do you like best about Catsy DAM & PIM?

It has helped me to 100% enhance everything related to my online store, since it allows me to create in a simple, easy, fast, and elegant way from small price lists with details of my offered products to complex product catalogs. The fact that its interface is quite simple to understand and handle is a great attraction in its favor. The quality of the designs made in terms of content is also quite high, and this directly impacts the sale of my items. A function that I like a lot and that seems quite practical is the fact that it allows a multi-catalog editing mechanism, meaning that you do not have to edit each digital catalog separately, but it is enough for the management to edit the main file and the changes are automatically reflected in all successive files. What problems is Catsy DAM & PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Standardization of product attributes and digital asset across multiple online marketplace channels as well as sales enablement tools for direct sales team(s).

I've already found a huge time savings in updating my channels' product information and digital assets. I'm having a lot of fun learning the functionality and organizing my data and assets to improve my updating time with current channels and onboarding new ones! I've reduced so much anxiety about sending the wrong information to a channel partner because I now have 1 source of truth.

Aside from the information benefits, a huge benefit is that I have already figured out a bunch of the functionality of Catsy without having to access the knowledge base. The platform's organization and layout is very fluid and user friendly. You can figure out a lot about how to use Catsy just by using common sense. It's very responsive and intuitive! What do you like best about Catsy DAM & PIM?

We can efficiently get new products and product updates out to our distributors and reps. and allows us to easily meet various requirements for data. Overall, Catsy ensures everyone inside and outside of our organization has the most up to date product data, images, and other content allowing us to increase productivity and customer service. All the information is in one place and the system allows you to tailor the database to different users so external customers can work independently. Updates are quick and easy and I am so glad our team has this tool!

There aren't any downsides to Catsy. This is a 100% helpful tool. Sometimes I get frazzled using the dashboard but I found that when I get mixed up, I can use the help tool and there is a lot of information that always helps. What problems is Catsy DAM & PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main problem was the time it took to get accurate information to reps and dealers. We represent 11 brands and all brand and product information were saved in various locations and it was unknown if the info was up to date. Catsy allows for us to have all information in one place, increasing productivity, improving information and customer service. Catsy has given us the foundation we need to solve these problems as well as solutions to other issues (such as helpful files for our internal team).

We have migrated all of our product-specific data into Catsy and have been able to map all of our data, attributes, assets, and content down to the SKU level. This has been tremendously helpful in not only establishing some data integrity foundations for our organization, but has made exporting and syndicating to our external customers / partners significantly easier.
