They have help resources available if needed. It makes sharing large amounts of data with customers and distributors quick and easy. I use Catsy daily or weekly - it's great! Catsy supplies a API leaving a lot of options open for integration and customization ouside of the core system. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Never had a question go unanswered or unsolved. There is not shortage of features and flexibility. Compared to competitive PIM systems, they all were significantly lacking in the sheer scale that we were able to achieve with Catsy. Thanks to Catsy I finally have a "single source of truth" for all our product data! I was able to create the PIM exactly how I wanted it and am able to make changes to it easily. I frequently use the import and export and mass update options. The DAM with lightboxes makes organizinging, finding and sharing our images a breeze. The support team is responsive and very helpful. We evaluated Catsy head-to-head against many other solutions including Plytix and Salsify, and Catsy was the clear winner. The flexibility, tools, export and import tools, and the customization worked really well for our catalog, and it's been easy to use with outside vendors and our sales team. The support of the team is fantastic, beyond anything I've seen with other software platforms - the developers really want every customer to succeed in using the software. The learning curve is a little steep in the beginning, and a few things in the UX are not as intuitive as they could be, but once you get past the learning curve you see the reasons why the features are configured the way they are, and it delivers a lot more in benefits than it costs in the learning curve. Catsy is where we keep the 'single source of truth' for everything about our products that is not stored in our ERP, and handles media and marketing information extremely well to make sure we stay super consistent across our platforms, and the PIM solution has made a world of difference vs using dropbox and google drive for sharing images. Our data is vast and complex and Catsy has made it possible for us to manage and share our data with our customers and internal teams a dream. We have enhanced our product data without limitations compared to our previous system. Enough can't be said about the Catsy support team. There has never been a situation where they said we couldn't do that. Denitsa Dobreva and her team have always found a solution to meet our needs. I wish more companies would have the support that Catsy has! As far as the tool itself, the interface is easy to use the team is always taking in feedback and making improvements as needed.
