Not as customized as other ATS. Emails to candidates through the system seem to end up in their junk mail. This leads to missed communication which inst good for the candidate experience. We have multiple companies and it doesn't have the ability to post as our separate companies from one account. Using tags has not been user friendly from my perspective-- some places it shows the tagged information input into the email-- other places it shows it as the scripted tag info. When sending an email to an applicant I don't get to see what they receive.
