Also hirerchy tree gives an easy access to all operations performed. We can easily switch between part design, surface design, sheet metal design and Assembly design module at any time. In assembly deisgn we can easily check clearance between varius parts and thus minimum gap between each component in a assembly can be checked and improved. This makes operating difficult. Also during drafting we can not do sketching easily. Much better than in other softwares altough most CAD softwares do not even include this feature. **What do you dislike about CATIA?** The regular features like part design, assembly, and drawing could be more user-friendly but the surface modelling abilities compensate these deficiencies. Error messages are not detailed enough so they do not really help in problem solving. Furthermore the processing is too "mathematic" so there is no room for mistakes means even a straight line has to be constrained properly. At the end this helps to achieve perfect quality but takes a lot of work and patience. It is not possible the change some important default settings for example controls of rotation, zoom, and drag. I would like to use other mouse controls so it can be annoying. **What problems is CATIA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly problems regarding to aerospace industry including aircraft parts and aerodynamic shapes.
