Catherby does the back-office work of an Argentine crop farm. The owner and the team send what happens (an invoice photo, an audio from the foreman, a settlement PDF) on WhatsApp or the web, as they already do. AI agents load the purchase with its stock and debt, log the field work on the lote, check each grain settlement against the contract and the Cartas de Porte, draft the claim when kilos are missing, ask the usual suppliers for a price when stock does not cover the plan, send due-date notices and build the monthly close for the accountant. Anything that leaves the company (a payment, a message to a third party) waits for the owner's OK, and every figure opens to the paper it came from. It is paid by the work finished, counted in tareas: from USD 99 a month with 200 tareas, against roughly USD 1,200 a month for an administrative employee on the books.
