Most caterers and restaurants lose jobs because quoting takes too long. A customer fills in a contact form, waits two days for a price, and books whoever answered first. CaterWay fixes the speed problem. Build your menu once, set your pricing rules (per person, per item, minimums, delivery), and share your instant-quote calculator: embed it on your own website or send customers a direct link to your own customizable calculator page. Customers price their event themselves, and you get a qualified lead with full order details in minutes, not days. Built for independent caterers, restaurants, and small event teams of 1-15 people that find traditional catering suites too heavy and too expensive. Setup takes an afternoon, not a training week. Includes menu builder, pricing rules, quote dashboard, PDF quotes, email notifications, and lead capture. Free plan: 1 calculator, 15 menu items, forever. Pro (39 €/mo): so many calculators and items, your branding. No setup fees, no contracts.
