Most companies of 20 to 200 people track their laptops, monitors and phones in a spreadsheet. It works until somebody leaves with a laptop nobody recorded, a warranty lapses unnoticed, or an auditor asks to see the asset register and its history. CATCH20Two replaces that spreadsheet in about a minute. Paste the sheet you already have, however messy, and the columns are matched for you. There are no categories to define and no setup before your equipment is in. From then on: - Every assignment, return and repair is recorded with who and when, so the register always has its history. - When somebody is marked as having left, CATCH20Two lists what they still hold, notifies you the next morning, and repeats until the list is cleared. - Warranties that are about to lapse arrive as an email before they do. - A QR label on each device opens its record from a phone camera. A stranger who scans a lost laptop sees only a return card. - Several offices are tracked with rollups per site and per country. - Employees can confirm what they hold through a private link, with no account to create. - Six operational reports, a stocktake, and Slack alerts. - Everything exports to CSV at any time, including during the trial. One plan: $39 a month or $390 a year, with unlimited assets, people and teammates. A 14-day trial with every feature and no card. When a trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only; it is never deleted or locked away.
