Catch CRM is an AI-powered CRM and field service management platform for home service businesses. Run leads, jobs, dispatch, invoicing, and reviews in one place. Lead management: calls, web forms, website chat, and Facebook lead ads land in one pipeline. AI Office adds an auto call dialer, a 24/7 AI texter, and Facebook AI, so new leads get called instead of going cold. Scheduling and dispatch: an online booking widget fills the calendar, the dispatch board assigns the right technician, and the technician mobile app runs the job in the field. Estimates, invoices, and payments: AI proposals with photos and e-sign, plus payments through Stripe at its standard rate with no markup. Two-way QuickBooks sync keeps the books current. Email campaigns and automations: follow-up sequences and reminders that run themselves. Transactional email is free, and unsubscribed contacts never count toward your cap. Review automation: the ask sends 2 hours after payment, only between 9 AM and 7 PM in the customer's local time, one nudge max, one ask per customer every 90 days. A Verified Review is tied to a real paid job in your account. Reporting: live dashboards for revenue, booked jobs, close rate, and average ticket, plus lead-source ROI showing which channels turn into paid jobs. Integrations: QuickBooks, Stripe, Facebook lead ads, website forms and chat, Zapier for 6,000+ tools, webhooks, and an API. A Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and Workiz alternative for shops that want per-technician pricing without an enterprise rollout.
