I am really happy to manage my new onboarding so easily and efficiently. It takes care of my daily HR routine task. I really can't know re-think any better HR admin software better than CatalystOne. It is improved with every release. Meets all our HRM needs. Support is amazing. I appreciate them inviting me to Teams talks to solve issues and not just sending mails back and forward. There is nothing I do not like, but I have some good advice: It is an out-of-the-box system. You need a skilled HR professional with the skillset to administrate and own it. Recommendations to others considering CatalystOne: Buy all the modules. Implement them one by one. Take your time. Get to learn the system and try to make use of the opportunities to best support your organization. Dedicate resources qualified to do the task. C1 will make sure the implementation is successful.
