Catalyces is simple maintenance software (a CMMS) for the people who fix things. It gives a maintenance or field service team one place for its jobs, machines, parts and customers. Work orders sit on a board, a table or a schedule; assign a job to a person or team, add checklists, log time and parts, attach photos, and capture the customer's signature with a PDF service report. Preventive maintenance plans repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly and create jobs automatically. Each machine has its own service history; parts stock tracks every move with QR labels; purchase orders, suppliers and quotes are built in; customers follow a job through a portal or tracking link. Works in any phone browser (iOS and Android apps coming soon). One flat plan with unlimited users: $78/month, or $39/month for the Founding 10, with a one-week free trial and no card. Built for 2- to 40-person teams in HVAC, generators and power, facilities, restaurants, gyms, equipment rental, manufacturing and property maintenance.
