They have also been very communicative and helpful. **What do you dislike about CatalogIt?** This is a very powerful system that can be utilized for a wide range of collections, sometimes there are too many options, it would be nice to be able to turn off or hide features that aren't used by an institution. **What problems is CatalogIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple locations and team members that work off site. Being able to easily access the catalog from anywhere was the most important aspect. ### 2. The software is fairly intuitive, while also offering pretty robust cataloging hierarchies that allow users to describe deep relationships between different objects and entities. Overall, it has been easy to implement at our site with about 4000 objects (though we're still very much at the beginning of the process) and I could see how it would scale easily, depending on how in-depth you need your catalog to be. The customer support is also absolutely top-notch; they are so responsive and knowledgeable, you get helpful answers within 24 hours. **What do you dislike about CatalogIt?** CatalogIt is definitely built to be applicable for a wide variety of physical collections, including art, botany, and ethnographic collections. Because of this wide reach, there are a lot of cataloging categories that I will never really need to use that crowd the data entry screen a bit. CatalogIt could also improve its archival cataloging capabilities, and I would love to see it grow in this direction. **What problems is CatalogIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** CatalogIt is bringing our collection catalog into the 21st century - it's easy to use, it will help us publish our previously unpublished collection online (down the road), and it makes consolidating multiple digital objects into a single record a breeze.
