When I did have a problem, the live chat was available and helped me solve my soution quickly....even sending me tutorials on how to setup my streaming software. The things I needed that it did not support "out of the box" could have been mostly built "around" it using other systems with a Castr player embedded, though. Customer Service was always very polite, and while they didn't necessarily always have the right answers right away, they always endeavored to find me the information I needed. **What do you dislike about Castr?** As with anything, I think you get what you pay for. Castr has a lower price point than many similar services with similar feature sets, but it's also missing some thing that I would consider to be "basic" functionality – e.g., when it comes to using a paywall, there is no way to manage user sign-ups. Anyone who wants to sign up, can, and you have no ability to either deny/refund them or just later remove them without creating an entirely new "stream" in the account every time – which necessitates changing either your access URL or player embed, so really, if you want to be able to use this, you need to "bring your own CMS" and just embed Castr into that with your own access management. **What problems is Castr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Castr allowed us to stream reasonably high-quality video content and make it easy for end-users to access and view that content on a web page with an embedded player and the ability to add password protection.
