What do you like best about Castlight?

I really like the simple interface of the app, letting me review and keep track of my progress on health and wellness goals. Earning points by completing activities or meeting other health goals is a great and fun way to help keep me motivated and manage my health. I also like the variety of rewards that are available, which includes a good selection of gift cards and even visa prepaid card. I also find the health related articles and also the assessments that are available in the app to be very helpful and informative, which adds to its overall usefulness. What do you dislike about Castlight?

It would be nice if there were more compatible step trackers or step tracking apps. Currently, the number of compatible trackers seems limited. Also, the number of steps tracked in the step tracking app I use (Samsung Health) don't exactly match up with the steps recorded in Castlight, even after manually syncing. Also, I wish that it was possible to be able to track progress towards other types of exercises and fitness, other than just steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Castlight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Castlight helps me stay motivated by reminding me to complete health and fitness goals I have set for myself as well as rewarding me as I make progress towards them. Because the app is easy to use, I have found it to be an effective way to stay on top of the basic aspects of good health (staying active, eating right and getting enough sleep).
