Clients book without an app. They open the business's link or scan its QR code and chat with an assistant that answers in English or Spanish, whichever the client writes in. The assistant answers the questions a front desk gets all day (hours, prices, services), checks real availability, lets the client pick their preferred team member or takes the next available, and books the appointment. Two services on the same day are booked as one visit with one start time, one confirmation and one payment. Every confirmation carries a link to reschedule or cancel within the notice window the business sets. Payments go straight to the business. Owners can ask for a deposit, a percentage or the full price at booking; the money lands in the business's own Stripe account and Cast-A-Booking takes no platform fee on any plan. The business's cancellation policy is shown on the payment page and recorded with each charge. Owners run everything from a dashboard: a calendar for every team member by day, week or month; services, prices and hours they edit themselves with changes live instantly; client records; revenue insights; day-before reminders for clients who opt in and an evening summary of tomorrow's appointments; a one-tap generator for Instagram and Google Business posts; and a print pack with the booking QR code for windows, counters and business cards. Businesses that travel to the client list the cities or ZIP codes they serve. The assistant checks the client's area before offering times, collects the street address, keeps drive time between visits and can add a trip charge to the price. Setup is self-serve and takes minutes.
