Modules include customer relationship management (with CSV import/export, follow-up scheduling, and custom fields), inventory tracking (ingredients, finished goods, packaging, supplier records, and low stock alerts), order management tied directly to customers and products, batch and production planning, employee timesheets with pay period tracking, and cross-module reporting. Accounts support multiple users with role-based permissions across Owner, Manager, and Employee levels.
