We had a rather complicated deal from the backend perspective when transferring over our 350 investors from one portal to this one. Their support team was SO responsive, always willing to hop on calls and actually made very easy and quick walkthrough videos for me whenever I had a question on something on the backend. They are very helpful with every single one of our investors who need assistance and that is most important as it is all about the ease of the platform for our LPs.
