I believe some software products sell you on the dream, get you in the system and then really fall off. That is what happened with syndication pro. But, with Cash Flow Portal, they have been answering every question we have about our switch over, have been super proactive as soon as we have a question, or concern, OR even better when we have a suggestion of a feature that would help our business function better. This is how a company should be ran, where you as the customer feel like an true asset instead of being a cog in the wheel. Couldnt suggest them more. I feel like I have an entire software team building a custom portal and CRM for me. I'm not joking or exaggerating. I'm not sure how they are so responsive, or why they care to not only hear my requests out, but then implement them into their software. But I'm really glad they do, and it makes my life as a small fund manager much easier. The ROI for this platform is extremely high.
