This is one of the best portal software services we have used. It is extremely intutive and loaded with features. I have had the pleasure of working with many of their account managers—Abigail, Chloe, Stepfanie, and Michelle. They all respond quickly and go above and beyond to help with my needs. The founder, Perry, is very innovative and constantly working to improve the technology. He thinks outside the box, and the features he's adding to the platform are extremely useful for users. We use the portal to manage our real estate syndications, and it is worth every penny. The ease of use and seamless integration make it an invaluable tool for our business. Implementing the system was simple, and it quickly became an essential part of our workflow. The platform's features are top-notch, and they continually evolve to meet the growing needs of users like us. Whether it's managing investor relations or tracking cash flows, the platform simplifies complex processes and provides real-time insights. Cash Flow Portal is an outstanding, all-in-one platform for real estate investment management. It covers every aspect of the investment lifecycle, including setting up projects, raising capital, communicating with investors, and managing cash flow distributions. The system is incredibly well-structured, making it easy for both general partners (GPs) and limited partners (LPs) to find exactly what they need with minimal effort. One of the standout features is their excellent support team. Communication is seamless through WhatsApp or email, and their response time is impressively quick. A special shoutout to Chloe for her professionalism and exceptional support in addressing all our questions. The technology and functions work exactly as they should. The tech/product is intuitive and the UX/UI for GP and LP are modern and reliable. Implementation support is great. I was mostly worried about the workload and risk of changing from my other software but the implementation team helped me with both the data/information transfer AND enabling me with best practices like communications and project management on transitioning my investors over. My investors are impressed with the useability of cash flow portal software compared to others. The customer support is world class, they don't just open and close tickets they lead you to an outcome or end result. They are always shipping new features and improvements. I feel like I have a software partner that pushes me to grow and improves/grows alongside me. I will never outgrow them like I do with most stagnant software tools. It's difficult to use the email edit/send function on a mobile browser app. The edit and publishing functions don't display as cleanly in the mobile web browser. I would welcome a mobile app at some point but it's not a deal breaker. I do 99% of this workwork from my laptop device so this is only an 'issue' 1% of the time. There is an age old issue of business software in slow moving industries like real estate. That issue is software works fine some times and not at all some times - like a pair of worn out sneakers that is half a size too big or small, you know you should buy a new pair that actually fits you but most just choose to suffer through the knee pain only to regret the indecision when they develop chronic problems in their knees. Cash Flow Portal is like the perfect pair of running shoes that fit well, protect your joints and enables you to consistently improve your performance over a long time horizon. Cash Flow Portal builds the functions in a fundamentally first principled way. As a result they are able to 1. build things that are 100% logical and intuitive to the users 2. maintain a stable and reliable system even as they grow. 3. improve the software at an unmatched speed and pace that is always a step ahead of what the customers need and expect. I could not have been able to onboard without their support. The team has been great to help with implementation and new use onboarding making themselves available via video calls or email.
