Casetak is an FP&A software for finance teams in SMEs, who use Excel or Google Sheets for their finance processes, and spend valuable time in repetitive manual tasks to collect and consolidate data. Casetak works on top of Excel and Google Sheets, managing automatic data flows among spreadsheets, so that you can build scalable finance processes and save time from manual updates.

**What do you like best about Casetak?**

We were looking for a pragmatic solution to automate our spreadsheet-based FP&A processes. The fact that we don’t have to move away from Excel/Google Sheets makes everything so much easier. Migrating from our current templates and files to Casetak framework only took a couple of hours. The pricing is very affordable for our small to medium-sized business clients. 
How Casetak streamlined the data collecting process saves us a lot of time. We don’t get clients calling us to help input the number or fix breaking models anymore.

**What do you dislike about Casetak?**

There could be more integrations. But from my knowledge, the team is constantly working on adding more integrations.

**What problems is Casetak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a strategy consulting firm, and one of our businesses is to help our clients with their business modelling, financial planning & forecasting. Prior to Casetak, we did everything in spreadsheets, where maintaining the models and numerous excel files was a real pain. With Casetak we can make our models much more scalable and automated. At the end of each project, handing the models over to clients used to be challenging. With Casetak, we are able to build a process, instead of just giving them a bunch of files.
