## 8am CasePeer Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Case Building with Fast, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** abril z. | Lien Negotiator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

It's so easy to organize and build a case with all the options that are available. If there's any issues, I like that you can easily message for support and it is addressed immediately. Updating information on a case is also a walk in the park. I like the customization option of organizing the side panel to organize the tabs in an order that best work for everyone. Also, I do enjoy the AI component when you send a text to a client so you can fine tune your responses and be more clear in communication.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

My only gripe is you can't edit notes after it's been published which can sometimes create an overlap of communication.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping mitigate issues that were being missed before such as bills and liens thanks to the notes function that you can look up to confirm if a bill or lien was added to the case. I can say it's helped move cases a lot quicker at our firm.

  ### 2. Intuitive and Efficient Case Management Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I appreciate how 8am CasePeer helps us manage our personal injury cases efficiently from intake through settlement. It has significantly improved our workflow by making collaboration easier and ensuring that important tasks and updates are not overlooked. I like that it helps manage documents, record communications, monitor deadlines, and keeps all case-related information in one centralized platform. The intuitive interface keeps our team organized, saving time and making collaboration between team members more efficient. The initial setup was very easy and fast, and the platform is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The platform is generally very reliable, but there are occasional slowdowns. Improving search functionality and adding more automation options would make it better.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 8am CasePeer to organize client information, track case progress, and improve workflow. It manages documents, records communications, and monitors deadlines, keeping everything centralized. The intuitive interface keeps our team organized, saves time, and enhances collaboration.

  ### 3. Extremely efficient case management software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamilex D. | Paralegal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I like how CasePeer makes it easy to monitor client communication; it helps me stay on top of which clients need to be communicated with.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

I don't like that you have to enter a security code every couple of weeks, even when you put remember me for 30 days. It's annoying because it will log you out of all of your open tabs.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When CASEpeer added the folder feature in the document tab, it helped organize our cases. It made locating specific documents easier and faster, not just for me but for the whole team.

  ### 4. Intuitive UI, Fantastic Support, and Effortless Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

The user interface is intuitive and the customer support is fantastic. The date calculator is a life-saver; the shortcuts to create notes and tasks are useful; and it is easy to keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

It would be helpful to have more options for note tags. Maybe having a way to customize them to your firm's account. I can't think of anything else at the moment.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating workflows so that we can do everything in one place, digitally, rather than having to work in multiple apps and waste paper is a huge benefit. At some point we need to figure out some of the integrations with Outlook and AI platforms so that we can do more, but it is hard to find the time to learn everything Casepeer can do.

  ### 5. Intuitive and Effective Case Management, Looking for No-Fault Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I find 8am CasePeer to be intuitive, with the right buttons in the right places and the right information, which helps keep things in order. It's pretty easy to use once the initial setup, which involves a lot of information input, is completed. The integration with Outlook and OneDrive works great. I like the mobile version for quick case info.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Minnesota, and several other states are no-fault states, so it would be nice to have a section about no-fault, for instance, a section to track PIP payments, PIP coverage (stacking), and disputes about PIP medical bills (which require mandatory arbitration) and an arbitration section within the No-Fault section to track 1) medical bills; 2) wage loss; 3) Replacement Services. Also, there should be a section in the settlement section dedicated to no-fault settlements (Now, I can only pick liability or UM/UIM, and many cases have disputes with settlement discussions and I put them under UM/UIM, but it gets confusion when there is a UM/UIM underlying claim. Also, I would like to be able to generate a medical bill summary listing all of the providers, total incurred, total paid by PIP, total paid by Insurance, and current balance with some type of date stamp so that we know when it is current.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer organizes my case files, making case management more streamlined and orderly.

  ### 6. User-Friendly Case Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wilber L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I use 8am CasePeer to handle all my pre-litigation and litigation cases, and I appreciate how it keeps all files organized, making it easy to find the information I need at any time. 8am CasePeer is very user-friendly, which is something I really like. The way I can connect with my clients is awesome through texts. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Probably the e-signature function must be easier to use on the document recipient's side. If possible, it would be great to have verbal communication such as voice notes to communicate with clients.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer keeps my files organized, makes it easy to find information anytime, and allows awesome client connections through texts.

  ### 7. CasePeer: A Marketing Game-Changer from Lead to Signed Case

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Marketing D irector, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

From a marketing standpoint, CasePeer has been an absolute game-changer for our law firm. It bridges the gap between lead generation and case management better than any platform we’ve used.

The intake and pipeline visibility allow our marketing team to clearly track where leads are coming from, how quickly they’re being contacted, and how efficiently they convert into signed cases. This level of transparency makes it much easier to measure ROI across campaigns and optimize spend.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

There are still some AI features that needs to be upgraded.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CasePeer integrates seamlessly with tools like LeadDocket, Zapier, and e-signature platforms, which has streamlined our workflows and reduced friction between marketing, intake, and legal teams. Automated task management and clean reporting ensure no lead falls through the cracks—critical for high-performing campaigns.

If you’re a personal injury law firm that takes marketing seriously and wants real accountability from click to signed case, CasePeer is a must-have. Highly recommended.

  ### 8. Casepeer for Personal Injury cases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

The most beneficial feature of Casepeer is its ability to streamline and centralize information. In doing so, Casepeer eliminates or at least significantly reduces the complexity of managing medical records and follow-ups. It has made my tasks much more manageable and far easier to track from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The least helpful aspect of using Casepeer is its limited customization and reporting capabilities. At times, this makes it harder to tailor the system to my needs and to pull meaningful insights, especially when compared with other case management tools.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer helps solve the problem of disorganized task management in PI cases by automatically generating tasks and due dates based on key case events and the type of injuries involved. This reduces the worry of missing or overlooking anything and makes the process easier to manage. For me, the main benefit is better visibility into what still needs to be done, which would help me stay on track and ultimately increase productivity.

  ### 9. Great Texting, But Dropbox Folder Creation Has Been Broken for Weeks

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** venni r. | Paralegal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

Texting ability with clients is really helpful

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

For the past 1.5 months, we haven’t been able to connect our Dropbox folders because we can’t create Custom Folders—the creation process simply hasn’t worked again. We have several newer client files and can’t create a Dropbox folder for them, so we’re missing that feature. As a result, my peers and the lawyers can’t refer to the files that would normally be saved in that folder, because Casepeer 8am has not successfully fixed the issue. We received a message that it should have been working last week, but it still isn’t working.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing the clients and their file contents

  ### 10. Effortless Case Management, But Watch for Duplicates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I find 8am CasePeer easy to use, and I think it's one of the most advanced legal assistance platforms. I like having several folders on the left-hand side for both litigating and pre-litigation cases because it keeps me organized. The initial setup was easy, which was a nice start.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

I don't like the speed and how things get duplicated in the file when you cc the email for the CasePeer link. I would like to prevent duplicate files when cc'ing CasePeer.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

8am CasePeer helps with organization, note-taking, reminders, document saving, and status management. It keeps me organized with folders for litigating and pre-litigation cases.
