**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

They have the help button if you need help with any of the folders or subjects that you need help with.  So simple to use in addition, you can speak to a live person to help you too!

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

When we first started, but they fixed the glitch so everything is working great for us now =).  It was not hard too - I let them know what happened and within a couple of days it was done.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now we do not have any issue with casepeer, at least on my end.  I have not heard any of my co-workers complain about anything, so we are all good with Casepeer.

I like how organized and structured it is - user friendly and easy to learn.

I wish we could delete bulk photos in the photo view with check marks in the corner, similarly to how you would on an iphone, etc.

It saves notes and is cloud-based, also merges documents.  I also love the ongoing online  'classes ' they have to keep me updated on new updates.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

The mobile app could be better and allow me to access more items, cant access texts from clients, etc.

Great service, easy to use and meets all my requirements.

Can work from anywhere and we all stay in the loop about progress on our cases.

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

I like I can keep track of the medicals and health insurance to make the case a lot easier to follow.  I use it on a daily basis, so I have enjoyed using it.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

I do feel like the ease of implementation and ease of integration could use some improvements and I always feel like the customer support doesn't know as much as I do.  We have had to use a lot of work arounds here at the office.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with the general math from health providers and insurance companies.  I also like the SOL feature.

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

What I like most about Casepeer is its efficiency to make sure that all tasks are deligated properly and that is reliable when fully maximized. You can assign tasks to certain members and leave notes for every case there is. I like how managable all tabs and we can also upload and download the documents needed in a certain tasks. It organizes all the on going and outgoing what nuts in a case. Making it cloudbased opened more opportunities to Virtual Assistants like me who helps Firms from the US keep, store and manage casefiles from thousands of clients. I am a virtual assistant from the Philippines and with this very realiable software, i wan access all the data i need anytime, anywhere!!! This is a gem for someone like me who wishes to work and travel and live a nomad live everywhere!

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Not that I dislike it but i think they should improve more on client communications. Its a super plus that we can text them on the software but i wish we can call them too! Looking forward!

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping us solve disorganization from hundreds of cases coming in and out. Its solving the problem of thousand of paper filing and keeping them stored and be accessed whenever we need them. Its solving time consuming from going over all the cases paper manually becaese the search button on casepeer makes all the magic!

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

Using it every day, I love how user friendly it is.  There was definitely a learning curve at first but there's so many options to make our jobs a little easier each day.  The webinars are so helpful when there's updates or new features.  Whenever we have questions we know we can reach out and have someone help us if there's an issue we can't resolve.  I also like that we can upload multiple documents at a time and the newer feature of generated documents makes finding what I'm looking for that much easier!

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Multiple notifications for the same thing which isn't always helpful but it's not a major issue.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything we need to work on a case is right at our fingertips when it's in the case.  We don't have to jump between multiple applications to see what's going on and the overview page tells us what we need to know in most cases without searching!

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

CasePeer is set up to be understood by personal injury attorneys out of the box.  The learning curve was almost flat because I knew what a tool did before I even clicked on it. It's so intuitive for someone in our industry.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

It's hard to say that I dislike anything about CasePeer.  It doesn't do some things I would like - claim related treatment itemization by ICD and CPT codes would be awesome - but it does so much that I never expected it to, that it makes up the difference.

**Recommendations to others considering 8am CasePeer:**

I have looked at every case management product out there, and even those who say their product is tailored to fit personal injury miss the mark.  This is the only case management system out there that truly is for personal injury firms.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the pandemic, my whole staff is remote.  Casepeer makes us feel connected since almost all of our data is centralized within the program.  That connection is key if you want to help staff prioritize the work that needs to be done daily.

The features that tie in and format specifically for Personal Injury and that it includes features for every step of the way.

That you can only link one number to one case. We have multiple cases for one person and can only text that client for one specific case.

Communication between the peers. I can add a note and if the client calls my peer can know what the conversation was without the need to reach out to me.

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

It organizes our personal injury files in a similar manner to how our paper files are kept. It is easy to navigate and to teach new staff how to use. Customer support and training is wonderful! We use it throughout each day, and it really helps to make our practice more efficient.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

We wish there was more flexibility in some of the categories. For instance, it has set topics for notes and it would be much better for us if we could create our own topics as there are certain topics missing - i.e. Medical Bills. Also, we've struggled with certain Integrations such as Quickbooks.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is the Notes section that allows all staff members to see the latest notes in the case and also helps us to be updated when reaching out to a client.

**What do you like best about 8am CasePeer?**

From the start of using Casepeer (back in November 2017), it was easy to navigate.  Even brand new staff quickly caught onto what went where without spending hours on tutorials.  Even though they have expanded their offerings (based on customer feedback) over the years, they are still very responsive to any requests for help or suggesstions for change.  Clients love that they can text photos and information to us and it gets seamlessly integrated into their case file.  Electronic signature was so helpful during covid, that we'll never go back!   And recently, they dramatically decreased the amount of time it takes my team to open a new matter fully by automating the intake process.....so they are saving us time and money!

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

I don't have any complaints about Casepeer.  We love it!

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps our clients files electronically organized and allows us to communicate better with our clients .  Casepeer alerts us to statutes of limitations.

I like that the software is focused strictly on personal injury law. It has everything you need all in one place to make case management as simple as possible. I highly recommend this software to other PI attorneys searching for a good management software!

There really aren't many downsides other than it would be nice if the E-sign addon was cheaper and more competitively priced.

CASEpeer provides great options for intake and capturing various data points around clients and cases.  We are able to quickly review client and case information, including medical providers, damages, litigation dates, and tasks.  The ability to assign and track tasks for staff is critical.  Customer support and training are great, and the team is very willing to accept feedback on the product.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Some of the integrations can be too expensive for smaller firms, but you can easily use the system without them and still take full advantage.

CASEpeer is helping us create efficiencies by maintaining and reporting on data, reducing paper and waste, and allowing us to track metrics.

For a small business it's a dream come true.  Everything can be organized and in just one place!  And it's also user friendly.
Calendar, tasks, messaging, lots of integrations, workflows, templates, etc.
You have lots of training material, we are constantly learning.
It's a wonderful tool! I highly recommend it!
Also the support team is fantastic!

We are very satisfied, but if I had to mention only one thing that I would like to modify it would be having access to all cases more at a hand.

We have much more clear visibility of our cases, not only about details but also a great overview. Costs works really well, Now it´s easier to understand our baseline to settle cases with no loss.
Reports work great, same as tasks, now we can track and follow up tasks with accuracy.

They consider all the aspacts of the work and intagrated feachers to help with the process. I particulatly like the drag and drop of the ducuments. It makes it easy to uploade the ducs.

The draft messages are saved onder the managemtn menue. I wish it was saved directly under the same file that the work is been doen.

Aslo, it would have been very usefull if we could comment and add to any note right in the continuation of the note.

Keeping track of the entier procces. Basicaly, it helps you form A to Z in your case.

Casepeer is a user friendly, versatile website that helps keep tabs on all clientele, and makes it easy to navigate and communicate with other partieson serious matters in a way that is convenient. Setting up initial overview is quick and highlights the necessary points.

I have yet to encounter any sort of issues with casepeer. I highly recommend for any law offices in search of a user friendly platform that is current with the latest technology available.

Built-in texting, and integrations. I love the missing data feature, quickly point out what needs work. There are plenty of resources to help me make the most of the product.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

As a Case management software, it's amazing, CRM not so much. I wish it was compatible with Lawmatics. I like the Caseplan idea in theory, but I feel that when all the tasks show up at once rather than being triggered by the completion of other tasks it can make the file look cluttered, and confusing.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication can be a problem in law firms with so many moving parts, but the ability to comment on a case and have the note left in the file is awesome. Using the notes feature has saved some of the hassle of looking through my emails trying to find something I said about the case.

1. Organization and categorizing is easy to navigate but thorough enough to have everything you'd need

2. The response time of the Casepeer help desk is amazing. And the chat help option nearly answers everything before having to make contact with a customer service rep!

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

1. Client with more than one case can only text from one case. It's inconvenient/messy when info from multiple cases are only linked to the case associated with the phone number. Especially if the cases are assigned to different attorneys/secretaries.

2. Uploading videos has been difficult/an inability due to sizing capacity

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's given me/my office the ability to work remotely when needed. It's makes it substantially easier to go through an online file rather than through the physical file. It's also been great to track the works that been done on a case

Auto generated tasks through case status changes, auto generated letters, using notes, being able to save emails to notes, texting the client right through the case.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

We have had some issues, especially with documents.  We are currently having OneDrive issues, but CP support is looking into it. Tasks through caseplans are great as well, although I wish there were parent/child tasks.  It can also be difficult to deal with Lit event plans vs tasks bc Lit event plans do not follow up if not marked complete like tasks do.  If you miss it on the day it's on your dashboard you don't realize it's there - have to make an effort to check previous days to make sure nothing has been overlooked.

OneDrive issues currently.  Having indexing problems and/or problems connecting everything.

It is user-friendly and offers ways to monitor and work on the important aspects of my cases. This is important because I work remotely.

I honestly do not have any compleints. Maybe the auto-generating documents for the signature feature could allow more customization.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work remotely full-time. It allows me to access my cases seamlessly and coordinate with my coworkers on essential deadlines and tasks. It simply saves me lots of time which equals me making more money!

I like the ease of use.  It works and does not have technical issues like other practice management systems somethimes have.  It is easy to learn without having much training.

It is missing some very important features that lawyers need.  Specifically, there is no way to produce a simple invoice with time that is kept in the system.  Although, pi lawyers don't often produce an invoice involving time, sometimes that is needed and there is no way to do it.

Saving time and being organized with cases.  The information is easy to get to and you don't need to search for case relevant information.  Keeping track of medicals is the best I have seen in practice managment.

With the release of the updated calendar, it's easy to get a quick overview of the week or even the month ahead. Casepeer places all pertinent case information in an easy-to-access location which makes client communication simple and efficient.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

Casepeer is a very well-rounded case management software tool. It has many features to offer in terms of case coordination and client management. The main issues I've had in the past were with the calendaring system. For example, moving trial dates and related calendar rules can sometimes be an issue. If a trial date gets continued, and the related calendar deadlines must be moved as well, I've experienced a few error messages when trying to erase multiple deadlines at once. Another feature I would like to see improved upon is the document management portion of the program. Particularly the document review, storage and viewing options. I think a subfolder system for case documents would help to organize pertinent information and make it more user friendly. The ability to make notes and share documents internally would be a really cool feature. Overall I am very happy with the software. Keep up the great work CASEpeer!

Casepeer is a rapidly evolving legal case management software that I rely on daily. With a wide variety of 3rd party software integration, Casepeer is quickly becoming the only tool I need to make sure that each case is being handled efficiently and that all of our deadlines are met. CASEpeer has made client interaction very easy and streamlined. With their integrated texting system, I am able to reach out to clients at any time of day without bothering them with a phone call while they might be otherwise busy. Casepeer has also helped me to make sure all of important filing deadlines and Statute dates are met on time.

CASEpeer provides the user with the most comprehensive data fields relevant to personal injury claims, with no wasted space. While other platforms err on the side of excessive fields, dropdowns, menus, etc, CASEpeer manages to strike a fine balance between detail and relative brevity.

**What do you dislike about 8am CasePeer?**

My only complaint is that it is California-focused. The medical bill highlight buttons focus on "Paid + Owed" which is a California thing. Most other states just need to know what is still owed. I wish I had the option to change those buttons.

**What problems is 8am CasePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CASEpeer allows our team members to build in relevant data to prevent unnecessary cross-talk / redundancy, and also to easily access case information. Saves a lot of time and headache!
