What do you like best about CaseCracker Onyx?

CaseCracker Onyx is an IP based audio/video recording system, which provides High Definition Video and Audio. The best thing about this product is the ease of use. The system starts/stops with the push of a switch and provides feedback to let the user know the system is working. The system is extremely flexible to allow multiple video camera inputs and audio inputs. There are so many great things about the system, it is hard to pick just one. What do you dislike about CaseCracker Onyx?

The system is not currently linked with a Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). However, I know the company is working with several DEMS Manufactures and it will be completed soon. In addition, the system exports in an MP4 Format and pretty much every DEMS can import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CaseCracker Mobile and Fixed Interview Recording Solution "

What do you like best about CaseCracker Onyx?

Experience with law enforcement organizations and the product is geared toward not losing that critical recorded testimony. Organizationally we have used both the mobile CaseCracker solution and the fixed system on interview rooms and out of thousands of interviews have not lost a single interview due to technical difficulties. Further, the Agents absolutely love it as it is easy to use and reliable. The tabbing feature makes it easy to tab significant points in the interview for presentation and testimonial purposes. All interviews are digitally recorded and saved. Our storage of these interviews is extensive. The nice thing about the program is that you can save the interview on a DVD and share it with an attorney for instance and they can watch it without having to load any special software.
