Case Tracker Pro is a web-based USCIS case-status and client-update workspace for immigration law firms. Teams add receipt numbers individually or validate and import a prepared CSV, review available status changes, and publish their own explanations and next steps to case-specific client pages. The workspace includes dated status history, masked receipt numbers, and English and Spanish client explanations. Anyone holding a private case link can open that page; firms can revoke or replace links. Firms choose when updates are published. Pilot costs $79 per month for up to 150 active cases. Firm costs $149 per month for up to 500 active cases. Signup, Stripe checkout, owner activation, and the setup checklist are available online. There is no free version or free trial. The product provides focused case tracking alongside existing practice tools. It does not provide immigration forms preparation, e-filing, document management, native practice-system integrations, or legal advice, and is not affiliated with USCIS.
