So easy to use, my clients can text me or send photos with ease.  They can see the status of their case.

**What do you dislike about Case Status?**

I have noticed any difficulties.  It give me what I need and gives my client's instant access to their case.

**What problems is Case Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients are involved with their case.  I can easily share notes or messages with them. They can send me documets that they receive in the mail without having to find a fax or a scanner.
