We were looking for a way to stay more organized as the company grows. The way this system is set up out of box accomplishes that.

**What do you dislike about Case Manager?**

Having to hit the sync button to sync across computers/phones

**What do you like best about Case Manager?**

Case manager tools helps to maintain the data of customers and paitents in an organised client data base and to ease the process of billing clients and updating the status of the clients on real time basis

**What do you dislike about Case Manager?**

I would appreciate the support team because the team has helped me setup my clients entire data base in well managed way into Case manager The team really supportive

**What problems is Case Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Case Manager has solved the problem of analysing huge amount of data and exporting all the reports for digital forensics and solve all the issues faced by the clients on time basis

The user interface is phenomenally set up for ease of use and proficiency.

**What do you dislike about Case Manager?**

It takes a few minutes to reboot. The ease of integrating this was somewhat more difficult than expected,  but worth it.

**What problems is Case Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It pulls most information into one setting for analysis and interpretation.

**What do you like best about Case Manager?**

One can easily log their work progress and time stamp. It is easier and simpler to track the progress.

**What do you dislike about Case Manager?**

Sometimes, the tracking is not reflected properly, like there are glitches sometimes. And I feel that if the pricing is improved from customer point of view then it would really help.

**What problems is Case Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the cases\tickets are easy to track and it is easy to log the progress. One can easily transform the hard copy into a digital form.

**What do you like best about Case Manager?**

Case Manager is very helpful in keeping my cases organized and emails associated with the correct matter.  It saves time in searching for documents later on.  Very useful.

**What do you dislike about Case Manager?**

I don't have the ability to delete files from Case Manager.  But that's not the program's fault.  Our IT department locked it down, which is actually for the best in the long run.  You never have to worry about accidentally deleting a document.

**What problems is Case Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of misfiled emails and missing communications.  It keeps my cases much more organized and when I'm jumping into a new case I'm not familiar with, I can easily get up to speed because everything is in one place.

how it helps me keep patient files organized and allows me to get their charts to doctors quickly

the length of time it takes me to provide doctors, physicians, and other health care professionals access to patients’ health data

assist in routine practice management tasks such as clinical documentation and medical staff scheduling
