The product helps you manage a large groups of contact centre agents in order to execute accounts receivable workflow processes. The system allows you to customize data, user interface, functionality, web view actions, workflow processes and much more. Case Manager gives you flexibility yet provides an easy to use agent interface. The system is tried and tested in environments dealing with hundreds of thousands of cases and hundreds of agents working these cases.
